Every single driver/passanger has to follow that order, no questions asked. When a person is over the top adamant to not get out of their car, it's lowkey sus. Not sure whom officer Eggers "tortured". Oh, btw, a human being died PS, Im very critical about the police, not a blind worshipper.

They tazed DeHart because he refused to get out of the car for a search. If he had nothing to hide and he wasn't doing anything wrong, then it shouldn't have been a problem for him to get out and let them search.

It amazes me how this has gotten to court so quickly, if this was the other way around and the coppers had killed the defendant it would take years to get to court if at all. Talk about special treatment. She was seen walking without the crutches minutes after leaving court. They tortured that guy and i don’t believe for one minute he had mary jane in the car. 13 weeks training plus 14 weeks with another officer is ridiculous, in the uk they get 6 months training plus 2 years probation to be a police officer and they don’t carry weapons either. These so called cops don’t know the laws, only the very basic and that’s it. I have zero sympathy, they tortured him and then beat the sh1t out of him when they apprehended him.
