My mom would wake me up and get me to listen to country music and Waylon was my favorite and Conway Twitty I sure love the ladies love to sing this song their songs.

Kid Rocks harmonizing to me gives it a very beautiful twist also. I love my 💘 Kid Rock 💘 & everything that he has ever done! He is an absolute amazing musician & a TRUE ARTIST unlike any other! Everything he does is beyond great! He has a style all his own & is a perfectionist who puts his all into everything he does that is what makes him so truly amazing! He has no 1 specific genre of music. He sings everything from rap to country, pop, hip hop, heavy metal, jazz & blues & seems to always find a way of making it sound great! Not to mention he is a self taught musician & can play every single instrument in his band. I actually never realized exactly just how strong & beautiful his country voice is until I heard this song! He & Kenny did such an AWESOME job! Maybe im a little partial & this is obviously my opinion with sadly only a handful of others but I don't feel that any 2 ppl could have done a better job remaking this song. I know that this version is probably not particularly cared for by hard core classic country fans but as this lady said there's no reason to be rude & ugly. These 2 artists worked very hard & put their whole hearts & souls into this not because they want to be Willie & Waylon. I have listened to this cover a few times, and i i now know why i don't like it. They don't sing it like they have been to Luckenbach Texas. I want you to sing this like you actually have been to that town.
