@@mistahgibs502 Yeah he is doing a keto diet. But also drinking alcohol constantly. Having alcohol and veggies daily, isn't a carnivore diet. Brendan once said he drinks before his shows now, which he "learned from Rogan." I don't know if he still does. But that's what he said.

the problem with ufc is they have no post fight coverage that breaks down the fight so people don't come from the fight misinformed or in the dark

They do have a quick fight talk after the fights but yea they need somebody energetic that can explain shit with good highlights to break everything down for dummies. Realistically the average causal fan isn't watching that shit. Hardcore fans will but most casuals instantly tune out after the decision is announced. I've had to tell lots of people to shut the fuck up during fighter interviews because casuals aren't sitting there listening to post fight interviews . They just start talking about random stuff or acting like analysts after watching the one fight they'll be watching that year
