Thanks for the details. Especially the ascending line going into the chorus. I've never been able to figure that part out. Does anyone else think that the pull off during the intro is on G#, not G? For some reason, I can't get over this.

Well.... Thank you so much! Amazing playing, both guitar tabs! My guitar teacher played those opening notes to me when I was just a beginner, when the song came out! Just the timing and bending control of those notes was beyond me, at that time, and I never really thought about learning it again! I think I might try to convince my current 80's band into trying it out! Thank you for your great work!

At 0:24 (left side) there is a much easier way of playing that F# on the 9th fret and E on the 7th fret of the A string. Just skip to the 4th string and play both at 4th and 2nd fret. Now all the notes fall into a box.
