That's legit truth. I'm not even a big NJPW or AEW fan. Truly. I watch impact and care about it probably more than anything. I don't watch WWE. I think I love impact and wish them all the best because I've watched TNA since day 1. I remember the build to week one of the weekly wed night ppvs in the website. So I'm probably even over critical of AEW and I can admit when Omega does something I don't particularly care for...I'm a Cult of Cornette guy! All that said I've been watching BTE since the early days....I was there for the Adam Cole poisoning stuff, the Joey Ryan murder mystery, invading RAW and all that....remember when Cody was "possessed"? Great stuff...and yes, Kenny does NOT have bad matches. He's called the BEST BOUT MACHINE for a reason and it's believable and that's part of what wrestling is supposed to be about, suspending disbelief. I understand why "Old Timers" don't "get it" too...he's the modern Flair, HBK, Franchise etc and can work like Flair, HBK, Bret Hart, Ricky Steamboat, Kurt Angle. The business had changed for what can only be concluded on every level imaginable during the Attitude Era but old timers felt they were killing the business. Higher attendance, higher ratings, higher ppv buys, higher merch sales, higher mainstream attention and on and on and on in comparison to any time in the business prior. Take away the pg13 rating and the sex and the language and the blood and there's still quite a laundry list of things that kicked off in that period that are used by EVERYONE to this very day. So people don't always get Kenny Omega but I can almost promise you that in 25 years when they are looking back NOT A SOUL will talk bad about the guy...."Well, sure he had his detractors buuuuuuut I said from day 1 he was the G.O.A.T." *There shouldn't be a wrestling fan out there that cannot admit Kenny's already on the very short list for Greatest of ALL TIMES.*

​@@GordonSlamsay Its only good for one reason. It needs to be and he knows that. Its not a provision he is providing to us, its a provision he is trying to defeat in himself. No truly great wrestler has to struggle with themselves. Ric was so protected because he never struggled in himself and that was clear. Protection justified. Kenny is so protected because he's got the look but still struggles in himself like every other wrestler does, indy or professional. Protection, unjustified. People like Ric take the mic, and walk through walls with it. Kenny might be playing around in the ring in the end who knows but atleast Ric fought to be an honorable "face" in front of the crowd, and didnt just "be ok" with being a fucking idiot half the time on screen.

Seriously, that match was awesome, but that ending was such a terrible botch that it'll be the only thing anyone remembers about it. It really sucks, that spot where Kenny hits Moxley with a broom that has a C4 attached to it is one of my favourites ever.

@@themuiz9671 The story behind the explosion was to give Moxley a paternity leave to go spend time with his wife who was going to give birth to his first child. It was to write him off for a future big return later on. The people behind setting the explosives did a horrible job. Can't fault AEW on that. Kenny Omega was pissed off backstage when he heard nothing go off.

Another big difference between them is that Kenny Omega was allowed to compete in other companies like AAA Impact and NJPW while Roman Reigns only competes once in one company
