So many great songs. I remember my mom driving me to kindergarten (which I hated) and it seems like we would hear "Daytime Friends and Nighttime Lovers" every morning.
My favorite song is "Lady" that he performs with Lionel Richie. We never know how long we're given on this Earth so cherish each day God allows us to have here. ❤
I met him as a 15 yr old girl at Silver Dollar City when he was there for a break between concerts. I asked if I could take his picture and he said if I could while he was walking because he was short on time. My camera acted up and I couldn't get the picture. He sought me out later and asked if I got the picture. I explained what happened and he stood and let me take another picture of him. He made sure before he left I was able to get his picture. He didn't have to do that. I remember that to this day like it was yesterday. Almost 33 yrs ago. Wow time flies. He was so nice and friendly. Just himself! He really cared about whether a 15 yr old girl was able to get his pic or not. He'd never see me again so he could have just brushed me off with a not now kid or something but he didn't. I didn't know he knew my camera was acting up but he did. He could've just left but instead he took time to find me and make sure I got his picture.
Kenny Rogers was my Mom's favorite singer. She absolutely loved him. She passed away 2 days after him last year. She now has a front row seat to his concerts. Her all favorite time was "The Ballard of Calico " She played that religiously every Saturday morning during my childhood. Her love of Kenny rubbed off on me. My favorite is Coward of The County. 💗
"LADY" WAS MY FAVORITE! So blessed My husband got to see Kenny in person before my husband died. Kenny was our fav singer. He is greatly missed. My prayers are with the family.❤❤
I love Kenny Rogers music especially through the years I listen to that song everyday. My condolences to the Rogers family and thank you for letting Kenny sing to us his beautiful music. God bless you and family. ❤❤❤❤
1 year already & our hearts are still broken. I can’t pick one song. They are all too great. Lady, She Believes In Me, Lucille, YouDecorated My Life, The Gambler.. to name a few and I love them all 🎶❤️
I followed Kenny's Concert's all around the Chicagoland area from Pheasant Run Dinner Theatre in St Charles, IL, Rosemont Horizon in Rosemont, IL and Star Plaza Theater in Merrillville, Indiana. Not just three concerts but over a dozen over the years and Kenny has always been my #1 Country Singer. Prayers go out to Wife and twin boys.

I turned 48 last year and have been a fan of Kenny's since I was 4 years old. In 2002 I saw Kenny Rogers in concert for the first time . it was very special to me as a lifelong fan as I got front row floor seats . In 2011 I saw him again in concert at the pne in Vancouver and it was a fantastic concert. I love the songs long arm of the law and coward of the county. My father took me to see six pack as a kid in the 80's and my father passed away on the saturday of the one week before I saw Kenny in concert in 2014 , he released the song you can't make old friends. Thanks for the memories.
He’s my father’s favorite singer and mine as well..when I missed my dad, I played Kenny Rogers Songs and sing along with it. Kenny’s music comforted me when I missed my father. Thank you Kenny for all the wonderful songs. You might be gone in this world but your music lives on.
The Gambler, Through The Years, She Believes In Me, Coward of The County, so many more great songs. His music makes up more than half of the soundtrack of my life. When the Good Lord called him home, I was so devastated I couldn't speak for days. Rest easy Kenny, and thank you.
Kenny was such a classy yet down to earth guy. Attended one of his concerts in late 90's. Great entertainer, engaged w fans and for over an hour he sang his hits, shared the back stories of his songs. It was easy listening on the ears and it was an honor to have sat before him as he performed. * Lady was one of my favorites that Kenny sang * Sweet Music Man is one of my favorites that he wrote * and I adore bis song w Miss Dolly, Cant Make Old Friends
Kenny and Dolly had a concert in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada, I was there ,Dolly said hi to me and I could have touched Kenny's feet! I'll never forget that as I have pictures, and it's the only concert I have ever been to! I love them both so very much! God bless you Kenny and dolly! X
“Coward of the County” ....helped me raise many boys with love, faith, righteousness, & humbleness ...& even got them into playing the guitar, & singing Country Music ...giving them a beautiful outlet, whenever tormented in their life’s journeys. Kenny Rogers gave us a better appreciation of Country Music, & truly touched our hearts, in many ways. Rest In Peace, ‘Cowboy’.💕 Tons of love,💕 Australia 🖤💛❤️
I loved all of his songs. Kenny Rogers was & will always be my favorite singer. He may be gone but his music lives on forever. R.I.P. Prayers to his family.

He has so many songs he has sung over the years that I have enjoyed. He will be truly missed my sympathy goes to all his family members. Such a great man. He may be gone but he won't be forgotten.
All Kenny Rodger’s songs were good, and he’s sang with some great ladies. When, he and Lionel Richie teamed up with each other’s songs that was pure genius, they made a great team. Everyone that worked with him became friends with him instantly. He was great in the movies he played in, those westerns. I would say Coward of the County is one of the favorites, I loved to always hear him sing.
I loved Kenny and his wonderful concerts that we went to every year for years - from Redwood City CA to Las Vegas, slot of cities in between. He gave so much to his fans ❤.
I miss him so much. Kenny will always be special to me. My husband and I loved him. I lost my husband years ago. When Kenny died, it made me think of how my husband called me from the other room, to say Kenny Roger's is on TV. In those days thay dident have videos like now. We had never seen him before. He was singing LUCILLE
I didn't know Kenny Rogers, haRoger's, I have all of his Albums. My favorites. LADY AND Through the Years. He was one of the Greatest Country Singers. His Albums are definitely collectors ,treasures. Sympathy to the family, even a year late He will not be forgotten. We love you Kenny. I will play your songs as long as I can hear and watch your videos

It may have been a year ago that we lost Kenny Rogers, but his love of family and his music lives on. I'm proud to say my uncle drove his tour bus for a few years, and and we got to know him as the true gentleman he was. My family misses him dearly even now, and but we know, he that with every life he touched personally, or with a song, his Love Will Go On because it lives in each and every one of us for the better. We miss you Kenny. To his wife and family, I extend my love and continued prayers for your healing.
Coward of the country. I grew up with Kenny all my life. . I hope him and my dad and many other awesome musicians are jamming in heaven. God bless. ✨✌️💜🙏🎶
Kenny Rogers had so many song's that inspired me throughout the years to just keep believing. There's no one favorite song for me really but two of my favorite songs are, Lady and she believes in me
I really can’t even believe it’s been a year. Kenny Rogers you are missed more than you will ever know. Mrs. Rogers my heart goes out to you every day. I hope it gets better for you. A very very long ,many years fan forever.
I love all Kenny's songs but "Lady" is the most beautiful song ever. Just knowing he's gone still breaks my heart. Seems as if it were just yesterday that he passed, instead its already been a year. Love and prayers still going out to his family and friends.
Lady. You can't make old friends. Through the years. Daytime friends and nighttime lovers. I feel sorry for anyone who isn't me tonight. I love them all. Kenny was a good man. Never heard anything bad about him in the tabloids. I saw him in concert many times. Down there with other screaming women. Wanting to just touch him. He was soo handsome. His beautiful shinny smike. Twinkling blue eyes. Beautiful white hair and beard. One of the things on my bucket list was to see him just one more time. I loved you Kenny. You were and still are the best. Nobody else can sing a love song quite like you could!
One of the best ! Can’t make old friends- she’s mine - what are we doing in love - buy me a rose - so many - saw him in concert maybe 7 -10 years ago he was amazing ❤️🙏🏼
it is sooooooooo funny when my 20-somethings be singing the gambler with intrigue and laughter at the same time ............ i memba when it came out...
Kenny Rodgers is my favorite. Everything about him is my favorite. His fight through his career, and how he never gave up. You can tell he was a good friend, and just an all and all good human being. My favorite song was all of them, but at this moment what comes to mind was, "The Gambler".
