We used to do that on 9-foot hoops back in the 90's. It's a bounce pass between the legs, you get it after a few tries. The problem is that you never know where the ball is going to be, so the location of the ball will dictate the selection of dunks available to you. Kenny got a perfect one and was able to reverse it. Higher, and he would have had to one-hand tip dunk it in, and it wouldn't be nearly as impressive. Kenny's dunks were like Spud Webb's: all dependent upon the bounce, to free their arms up for full-charge jumping without the ball handicapping their arm-swing at takeoff. Most short dunkers rely on smoke and mirrors (precise bounces, lobs from teammates, props to jump over, etc) due to limited selection of available dunks.
