Kenshi Base Building - The Arena of Kral 

Mr. Kenshi here... I think I can use that title as I have been playing Kenshi pretty much since it first showed up on Steam early access. Steam says I have 5500+ hours playing the game. That's over 2.5 years if Kenshi were a 9 to 5 job. Kudos to you for your work with Kenshi engineering. You certainly have more patience than I do. I don't use build mods except for one that makes sloped terrain more forgiving. I started out trying to be a base perfectionist, but the game not having snap-to-grid is a real hindrance. My bases have become more organic and tend to follow terrain rather than be perfectly symmetrical. I am more of a perfectionist when it comes to base location. I am always looking for that perfect spot for a base. I try to enclose both an iron and a copper source. I want to try to span two biomes so I can raise a wider variety of crops. I need a high water location. I want access to critter spawns so I have plenty of meat and skins. I used to look for that perfect location that didn't have any factions bothering me, but now I want to see those Holy Nation geeks because I can always use the free iron and combat experience, although there was the one game where the Phoenix of the Holy Nation came himself. I'm still not sure what I did in that game to personally piss him off, but I ultimately had to abandon that game when he wouldn't leave after chasing me out of the base. My biggest claim to fame is that I once bought a fully loaded caravan "Pack Beast" due to a software bug that allowed Holy Farms to buy caravan pack beasts and then let you buy them from the Holy farm... and yes, I have a screenshot in my account. It's how I convinced them to fix the bug. 😉

Absolutely love your build videos I just wish their was more! I think you could make a really cool base in the Shem your creativity plus a beautiful oasis what could happen? Just a thought for you, keep up the videos I know I’m not the only one who loves them ❤

Hey man in your videos with F12 menu option your buildings work but mine don't even after saving and loading they won't go in or on them?
