This was my brother in laws favorite song. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in January 2019 and God "Welcomed him Home" on July 6th 2019. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He is greatly missed. I listen to this song everyday and I think of all the good times and memories our family has shared. He may have been only 27 years old but he was strong and he was a fighter. But i know we can't bring him back but we can go to where he is. This song is a testimony of that promise. One of these days God's gonna Welcome all of his children home 💙
Now that is bluegrass gospel. Lost my mom in February 2002, my youngest brother Danny in November 2007, and my dad in September 2018. That’s why “Welcome Home” resonates so much. That young man sang with conviction. And I have this lump in my throat. A song will do that to a man. Great vocalizing!
This song was sung at my dad's funeral. I listen to it from time to time just to remind myself, it's not what you leave behind, but what you gain when you graduate from this life to the next, ONLY if you have made Jesus Christ your personal Lord and Savior.
Amen!! That will be a glorious day when that eastern sky breaks, and that will be a glorious day when my lord says come on in ye faithful servant. Praise his holy name!!!
I can’t wait for that day to come 😭🙌 where I rest from all my trials & troubles & I’m reunited with my precious momma & the babies that I never held in my arms 😭💔
You will see them again. The angels have been rocking your babies and spoiling them more than they could have been spoiled on earth. They will still be babies when you see them because a thousand years in earth is as one day in Heaven. So they aren’t even a day old Yet
A family friend played and sang this at my dear mother’s funeral. She died after 10 years of renal failure by contracting covid from multiple hospital stays do you nursing home neglect. My heart is broken completely.
PRAISE GOD PRAISE JESUS OH HALLELUJAH TO THE KING OF ALL KINGS OH MY GOD SAVE US ALL TODAY LORD YOUR OUR EVERYTHING OH YOU ALL BLESS ME SO MUCH I HOPE YOUR STILL GOING FOR JESUS " I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH IN JESUS NAME AMEN Bishop D.P Johnson
this song was my dad’s favorite before he passed. he loved to hear this song in church. our brother of the church sung this song at his funeral, now it just touches my heart in a different way. anytime I miss him, I just listen to y’all sing it.
This is an amazing rendition of such a great song. I've been longing to hear those words from the time I was 13 years old and God saved a wretched sinner like me. Some day we will hear those words for ourselves. I'll see him for myself and not another! Amen!
Tears of joy flowing here at my desk .......praise the name of my precious Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ!!! "13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words." 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 KJV
Listening to this song tonight with a broken heart. I lost my aunt this morning to covid she would sing this song in church. One of her favorite songs. She was more than just my aunt she was my second momma. I know she's home now but boy do I miss her already. Welcome home aunt retta❤️🙏
Beautiful ministry !! keep it up for Jesus, when He comes Jesus will welcome you all home. Keep letting the world know that Jesus is real and that He is so full of LOVE and GRACE.

Praise God! What a hope we have in Jesus Christ! When that young man sang the verse about seeing loved ones and Jesus my eyes filled up. My daddy, momma, and my oldest brother is there. It won't be long till I'll be there too. Thank you Lord!
I think I'll spend a couple million years praising Jesus, then another couple million kissing his feet, then I'll go have a family reunion with my friends and family.
I am 14 and I am saved and you know some people say that kids don't get the whole Christian thing and when they get saved they just do it to do it and let me tell you when I got saved I knew exactly what I was doing I was getting saved so I could go to heaven and this song just reminds me why I did get saved so I could get through them gates of heaven and jeasus lookes at me and says welcome home.
Shain, Are you still in love with the One who took your Judgement on that cross ? I don't mean "feelings", I'm talking about "put Him first" obedient loyal commitment. I was blessed to read your comment from 4 years ago. Now you're 18, the choices get broader, the world & the flesh scream louder. I got saved at 12 years old. A simple, undramatic choice made by faith. I knew it should have been me on that cross. But here I am, decades of life, heartache, and sinful choices later,.... it is STILL His blood over my sin that keeps me His. Never was because of me that He rebirthed my soul. And not because of me that my spirit and soul are STILL His. But when I read of young people like you, I just pray you'll never forget the debt of love that you owe to One Who took your place. May none of us EVER forget.
I love this song " as I sit here and feel.so hurt I think I'm getting ready for a divorce and it hurts so bad " where do I go from here ? I know GODS got it but I'm really going through a battle and I really need prayer in JESUS NAME AMEN " 😭😭😭😭
This was played at my sisters funeral after fighting a 12 year fight to Metastatic Breast Cancer today makes 2 years she's been gone I don't think the grief will ever stop but one thing I know she's in the arms of Jesus
You all sung at my Aunt's benefit singing and done an awesome job. Sent chills down my spine and I couldn't help but pour the tears. Y'all are such an inspiration. I listen to this a lot now that she's passed, helps me know that it was worth her wait and she is with her mom and other family members. Hope to hear you all again some day!
Hannah, there will be a reunion day....I cant wait to meet the Saviour face to face....and the millions of our brothers and sisters that are waiting our arrival!
I just wanted you to know what a blessing this was, is, and always will be to me. A young group visited my church last Sunday evening and this song touched me when I needed it so bad. I had no clue what the name of it was and could only remember a few words but God put it here in front of me and it was your video... Thank you so much I mean that from the bottom of my heart. You have lifted my spirits so much.. God bless you keep up the beautiful singing

Came across this one and now I cant get it out of my mind, I even awake in morning with it right on my mind. This has blessed me so much. Thanks for sharing this beautiful song and your awesome talent.
I had first heard this song and this group of singers on You Tube. I just could not get the song out of my head and heart. When my Mother passed on 1/7/18 (age 93), I had the funeral home download this trio/song for playing at her funeral.
There's a day just out in front of us I know will surely come That eastern sky will open wide Revealing God's dear son And I know from here to Heaven Is but the twinkling of an eye And in the midst of all his glory You'll hear the sweetest cry Welcome Home I knew you'd come Welcome Home You're here for good Look around Was it worth the wait? Welcome Home Step through the gate I believe at least for me I'll see my mom and dad My brothers and my sisters there Everywhere you look are friends Oh, the greetings will be precious From those we've loved so dear But no mortal man has ever heard The likes of when he hears Welcome Home I knew you'd come Welcome Home You're here for good Look around Was it worth the wait? Welcome home Step through the gate I believe He's coming soon Maybe night or noon In the twinkling of an eye We'll be caught up in the sky Welcome Home I knew you'd come Welcome Home You're here for good Look around Was it worth the wait? Welcome home Step through the gate Welcome Home I knew you'd come Welcome Home You're here for good Oh, and look around Was it worth the wait? Welcome home Step through the gate
We gotta strive to make it to our Heavenly Home! It’ll be worth it! Committing sin isn’t worth suffering for Eternity! 💙✝️🙌🏻 Repent and live for Jesus so you can go to Heaven!
I love this group! Anyone who knows these fine people please tell them to make a CD and put this song on it just like they sang it here! I would love a copy of two! This song was sung at my grandmothers funeral and I love their way of singing it!
fishing with Thompson Larry Cordray You are judging warningsofwrath's post for his judgement. When you fault someone for being judgmental, how is that any different than one faulting another for any other sin? Your reasoning is circular. Everyone always likes to quote Christ's "plank from your own eye" verse to categorize judgment as a sin, but forget that just a bit further on in The Sermon on the Mount Christ tells his followers that they would know Christians "by their fruits." Christ is giving a warning about hypocrisy rather than judgement in these selected passages. Additionally, in John's gospel Christ tells Christians to Judge righteously. Paul tells the church of Corinth to throw out a member for sleeping with his stepmother, and instructed them to judge the members of the church. Church discipline is vital to the life of the church. How can a church be disciplined without sound judgment? As Paul Washer says, "Twist not scripture lest ye be like the Devil." John 7:24 1 Cor 5:12
