Kentucky Sheriff Mickey Stines is charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing District Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers at the Letcher County Courthouse after an argument.

Look it up there is more information as to why? Judge was having an alleged relationship with the officer's 17 year old daughter. Only the minor can confirm or deny said alleged allegations.

I heard that the judge and sheriff were in love with the same goat. That's what happened . It's a story as old as the age's. It is Kentucky after all. Mystery solved. Apparently it was a very sexy goat. Sad,,,
