That’s about where I run mine, about 2/3-rds. Except I find when AC/DC is on I find the need to crank up the bass.

In your opinion, is it worth it? Also have you had any issues with it? Im thinking on getting one but in still looking at all my options

I like mine but if you want big woofer sound then you might want to go big. I have had no problems at all with my Kenwood subwoofer.

Was this only the subwoofer playing or also with other speakers ?

It was with a pair of Alpine speakers. The remote only controls the Kenwood subwoofer.
