Kenwood TS-130S VERY SAD Shape 

Today we will attempt to repair A Kenwood TS-130S.
VERY SAD Shape this radio was butchered.
Normily I would just part out a radio like this.
I just had to see how bad it was and see if I could fix it.
Comment below: Do you think I should get the radio working 100% or Just part it out.
