KENWOOD UHF RADIO TM441E Repair, Tear Down & Alignments (DISPLAY FAULT) test with R&S CMS33 tester. 

In this video we repair an intermittant defective Display on the Kenwood TM441E Ham Radio Tranceiver. We varify the fault & track this down & carry out resoldering work to a number of connectors & sockets, we finnish by aligning the radio & utilise the ROHDE & SCHWARZ CMS33 radio test set, we adjust the receiver front end & tuneup the radio & carry out an auto test of the tranceiver, we also measure the TX Transmitter too looking at frequency error, modulation, TX RF Power.
We have a very detailed look at SINAD, DISTORTION, & Auto Squelch adjustment. we do all this blindly as we dont have a service manual.
