I think I am first one to drop a comment today. My grand ma lives just a few miles from the browns cheese factory in the beautiful tigoni countryside. Love the video❤❤
Dave, Dave, Dave "Shame on you" you discovered yet another unique features on this magneficent country of mine before me. Thanks for putting on the light. Ahsante sana🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪❓
I do understand your frustration and trust me, I am not defending anyone here. But I don't want to put a full company down because of 3 bad apples. They have so many great employees and are supporting over 5000 Kenyan farmers... But again I understand your point.

Since Dave didn't post Brown's website, I went to check it out and on the top of their page they posted the following: " As senior leaders of Brown’s, we were deeply saddened to learn that an incident involving women’s health occurred at our facility recently. As soon as the matter was brought to our attention, the individuals involved were suspended pending the Company’s investigation. Brown’s is a women-led business and works hard to provide a working environment that is safe for all employees. Brown’s has formal HR policies and systems in place and this incident does not reflect the procedures of the Company as a whole. The Company is engaging a third-party HR company to conduct an independent investigation of the matter and allow all employees a chance to discuss the matter with an external party."

The acompany is currently trending negatively on Twitter for something very gross. I hope you didn't post this intentionally to help the company save face.

@@DaveMani What is then the next step? Making a vlog about tea farming at the Finlay farm in Kericho, and than stating 3 bad apples are not representing 15000 workers? There are official police reports been made about the senior management of Brown cheese, two of them are in your video. I don't think its wise to show the rest of the world that its a great company while, while before you made this video, workers had to undress themselves to show they are in their period. I also believe that the Canadian Embassy do not have this policy for your female colleagues. Air France has already withdrawn Brown cheese from their flights from NBO. So at least they made a statement. Now its your turn..
@@skinnyzebra8626 an unknown female employee disposed of a sanitary pad in a bin she wasn't suppose to. The management forced all their female staff to undress so that they could confirm who was on their period so as to identify the culprit. Very barbaric to say the least.
@@siham14634 I have an even better idea, make it your course to help them coz clearly, that's your idea, there is a place and time for everything, right now it's the Manis time...go and play the pathetic pity party flies in the eyes and mouth of poor helpless suffering Kenyans .. eyeroll 🙄 somewhere else, and leave us to put our energies somewhere else. We cannot keep on playing the begging game through out....Have some dignity
Actually they're not. I'm disappointed that This channel decided to go ahead with this video despite the gross acts brown cheese are in court for. I'm sure if this company was back in Canada with the same things they did you wouldn't dare post a video for their PR boost.
I really do understand your frustration but I don't want to generalize and say that about a full company because of 3 bad apples. They also employ a lot of people, support over 5000 Kenyan farmers and makes great products.
Looks like a cool place with nice products. Dave & Tracey just shared their innocent adventure out of town... and it's unfair to link their outing with the bad press about this establishment with its seemingly 3 horrible folks!

@@DaveMani and that makes it better? So long as they employ 5000 people they can do whatever? Those 3 bad apples wouldn't do whatever they did if the company had strong anti sexual harassment policies. You understand nothing.
I'm a big fan of your channel by let's not promote or market a company that violates women's rights. Brown Cheese Company has several scandals concerning women rights violation recent one is making female workers strip naked to know who is on her periods because a sanitary pad was thrown in a bin. If they had proper sanitary bins I wonder if the pad would have found it's way in that bin that forced their female workers to strip

Shame on the 3 bad apples in that company for sure but even tho I don't want to defend nobody I also don't want all their employees to loos their jobs and same for the 5000 Kenyan farmer they support. I just hope that the right people get what they deserve!
talk about bad timing, horrible company, forcing women to strip down naked, a manager forced employees to strip naked in the boardroom to check their sanitary pads and tampons for their periods,
The timing was bad indeed. Its was filmed over 4 weeks ago... I also really do understand your frustration but I don't want to generalize and say that about a full company because of 3 bad apples. They also employ a lot of people, support over 5000 Kenyan farmers and makes great products.

@@DaveMani am sorry, I think you got me in the wrong way, I mean damn this was a bad coincidence, not your fault at all, you have always done a good job
@@KIM-xl6zs nope they should take down this video. They're not police they cannot say conclusively what happened, there's an investigation ongoing. It's not 3 bad apples it's probably a company culture. They should put themselves in the shoe . Dave on Stacy being stripped where they work and the company saying it's only three apples and they employ thousands.
