By the 10th month, is he sure about that. I thought it takes over an year if not 2 before the first fruit is produced. Unless these is a new breed i don't know of. I can't deny however, that some apple fruits produced in kenya are quite delicious and crunchy as he explained, the ones actually shown on this video. Not sure which variety it is, but it's close to pink lady.
