The courts in kenya are just but a joke and useless to say the least and this is why, courts have made Kenyans to result into jungle law. Picture this, you commit a crime then get a wind the police are looking for you, you run to the courts and get anticipatory bail blocking the police from either arresting or even questioning you! So what do police then do? They turn themselves to be the execuctioner, you commit a crime they finish your story there and then thereby sending you to your creator! A murderer commits a crime is taken to court and the next day he/she is released on bond in other words showing the victims the middle finger! so what do the citizens then do? They result to mob justice, you steal, kill or rape and the masses gets you, they finish you there and then thereby sending you back to your creator! Now the same courts have done the bogus thing again as if they dont learn! During protests the police will begin to pull back thereby leaving the protestors under the mercies of thugs! protestors will be mugged and businesses looted why? Because the thugs will know that the police will be in uniform and therefore they can tell where the police are but if they knew that in the midist of the protestors there are plain clothes officers then those thugs will think twice! For now courtesey of the courts, the thugs will have a field day during protests, courts in kenya are bogus and useless. A big win to thugs and this has made protesting in Kenya a very risky venture!
Terrorists too can use this to carry out dangerous things to our country. What if they use unmarked Subarus and wear masks with automatic rifles. I guess they can enter any premises including State House
