Kenyans sceptical about Ruto's withdrawal 

Voice of America journalist Kennedy Wandera is monitoring development in Kenya. He says Kenyans are waiting to see if President William Ruto will call for a special sitting in the National Assembly where the withdrawal of the anti-Finance Bill can be officiated in the 14 days of recess. "Kenyans are saying it is not possible that the president has withdrawn the bill because by law he has not done much."
