Aye i fell in love with the opinion of Keyon Martin, when he said Mark Jackson!!! Everybody trys to walk past how bad he was done after setting golden state up for Steve Kerrs success.
Kerr was given the keys to a BMW and turned it into a race car. There's a reason why Jackson was fired. He had steph playing iso ball half the time. Offense had no plan bland.
DJBVA08 Bro the East in the early 2000s was very trash comparable to today..And the all star lineups fir those years as well didn't exactly have the talent liked today..Scrubs made it tbh..$o im gonna disagree with you big time..The Finals from 2001-2004 were very trash short non entertaining series..I can go on but u get the point
DJBVA08 early 2000s may be the worst lol. You trippin if you think it was the best. East was sooooo trash and that was when the NBA was drafting a lot of high school players that were nowhere near ready to play. Just drafting off potential. The start of a lot of euro players that weren't properly scouted came over. The only thing good was lakers vs kings/spurs rivalry a long with some of the perimeter play due to the rules being changed to make it a guards league.
Chosen TheBarber you just named javale mcgee bruh although he got real size that aint like when you say jordan who dunked on every great center of the 90s
Chosen TheBarber if we re talking playoff 4th quarter ,he always stays away from the bigs.Lebron is great but I believe he fears last minute free throws
Maybe its just me not being a legit ball player, but wouldn't you wanna try to get it to the open man for the highest % rather than shoot for like 14/38 from the field or something?
Joakim noah’s contract pisses me off so much more watching Kenyon talk about it. He damn sure should’ve got the league minimum with that skillset smh Noah is done. We’re suffering now because of those dumbass decisions Phil made. Ugh!
Talkin that shit about how Phil "ruined the team"... FOH. The knicks have been fk'd up... FOR OVER 10 YEARS. They were fk'd up before and after Melo got there. Phil's biggest mistake was resigning Melo. And while they're talking that shit about Phil drafting the kid from Paris... they were talking the same shit when he drafted Porzingis! And look how that turned out. FOH with that shit. LeBron is the ultimate swiss army knife. When he signs to teams, the teams fortunes change from bottom feeding to competing for titles. He did it for Miami and for Cleveland... BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY... scoring, facilitating and leading. Replace those teams with Kobe, Kyrie, Melo or WestBrick... and they don't make it past the 2nd round. taking 30-40 shots while your teammates stand around frostbitten is chemistry sabotaging bullshit.
No he ain't. He's basically putting Porzingis on notice. "young muffucka mind your business and be professional."... The only mistakes he made was resigning Melo and signing Noah. Melo was his biggest mistake. NY has been fk'd up for over a decade. There is a culture of mediocrity and bad ass habits that Phil has to correct. Takes 4-5 seasons to over come that type of bullshht.
Testos Tyrone He traded Tyson Chandler for Jose Calderon. He spent $100 million dollars on Robin Lopez and Aaron Afflalo. He drafted porzingis, then his first public statement was that "Porzingis probably won't ever be good." He re-signed a 30 plus yr old Melo for 117 million then decided he didn't want him and tried forcing him out through Tweets and subliminal disses. Phil is a fucking clown who should be in a retirement home eating through a straw stop defending his idiot, egotistic failure ass.
Bret Maverick Chandler wanted out of NY. He wasn't just dealt away. Chandler had gripes about Melo too. Hell yeah Phil wants Melo outta there. He should've been gone. Melo has a 'no trade clause' so Phil is making it as uncomfortable as possible for him. Until Melo leaves, no quality free agents will sign to the Knicks. The only reason that Rose is there is because he has something to prove after being kicked outta Chicago. It ain't about defending him, it's about calling it what it is. The Knicks were shitty YEARS before he got there. You can't blame that on Phil. And Phil never said that Porzingis would be a bad player, he defended his decision by speaking highly of him while idiots like Stephen A Smith (and the dumb ass Knicks fan-base) complained about the draft and embraced selfish ball stopping ass Melo. What Porzingis doesn't understand is that Melo is the worst thing for his career. Melo throws his game off and undermines his development. That's why Phil is putting the pressure on Melo to either change his approach or GTFO!
that is all true. However, Melo can score in the paint vs great defense. Melo can catch and shoot as well. KD has a better shot, true but Melo can score every way possible. What I don't like is that Melo's legs have gotten lazy. He need to hit that jumprope and tires asap.
