sad to know the reason behind it. She's so beautiful either way and I hope this was able to help her heal that part of herself.

She looks gorgeous before and after. If this is an insecurity she's had for a while and she feels better about it now then that's great for her

i remember hearing years ago on a live (i think) and she said she wanted one when she turned 18 or something. At the time i think it was a “serious joke”. But i’ve sort of been waiting on her to get one since i kinda knew she wanted one. I hope she loves the results

I’m kinda upset but happy for her but I’m upset because we had the same big nose and I thought she was confident with it I could be too then she got a nose job and it makes me upset bc my nose is ugly :( but happy for her

I knew she was going to do it! Her mother didn’t instill confidence in her and the industry is so toxic

I think its sad that basically anyone with a larger nose in the public eye gets it changed and I understand too like I always was conscious of mine and only aged 24-25 did I actually find it endearing. But if society showed us gorgeous models and celebs with these noses then less people would be so stuck in this insecurity over time. Its hard though and takes a long time and practice everyday to reduce bodily insecurities especially as what we see isn't what others do or even a mirror or camera does. The other thing is bony chest cages and smaller boobs. Esp during the curvy body craze. Just when I'd finally started feeling comfortable. Never felt more gross to the eye of others even though I was healthy.

Can people stop hating on her… She changed her nose because she hated that people would say that her and her dad have the same nose… just leave her alone.. Please?

I think she looked beautiful before, but if we’re all being honest you definitely looked at her nose when you looked at her face. It wasn’t an ugly nose it was just a little bit of a bigger nose. It has been a big insecurity of hers though for ever I believe. I mean I don’t know her I just know her from social media and that dance moms show. I’m really happy she did this and I’m hoping it just boost her confidence even more. She’s a beautiful girl and she would’ve been amazing whether she did the nose job or didn’t. I’m happy she did something for herself and I hope she’s happy with her results.

Way too early to do an actual before and after because it will take 3 to 4 weeks for the swelling to go down. Very likely the swelling will make it look larger than before the surgery.

I saw her getting a nose job from a mile away. Honestly she still looks great. She still looks like herself, you can just tell her nose is a bit smaller/thinner? Idk the correct word.

i've seen so many nasty comments about her nose in the past and it disgusts me the way some ppl run their mouths. i think back to when she was a little 6yr old on dance moms and wonder how in the world someone can pick on her. makes me so mad actually. she's so beautiful before and after

In her new song Anatomy she said he did it because everyone says its looks like her dads nose.😢

I think it looks great! she didn’t take it too far and get a tiny barbie nose, it fits her face so well.

All because ppl on the internet bullied her for her nose she looked gorgeous before and still does look beautiful but if ppl kept their meaness to themselves she wouldnt have been so insecure about it But yh she is so beautifiul

Kensie i have watched you since you were 8 years old. I remember little " BOOM BOOM" so cute and now you have grown into a beautiful woman. Your nose was fine and pretty but i will admit i love it. You didn't need it, but if it makes you feel more gorgeous i'm so happy for you. You were always gorgeous with or without!!❤

I always thought that Mackenzie was beautiful.

i don’t think it was an actual surgery. my guess is she did something similar to christi my getting something injected into the tip to raise it a bit

I know she has been insecure about it since she was literally a kid but if it makes her happy then who am I to judge?

Yay kenzie it looks great!!! You can tell it always bothered her and it felt like it was growing fast so I'm glad she made that decision. But hopefully she doesn't have anymore on any other part of her body. This is going to boost her confidence so much!
