@@purpleman0259 that is literally keeps happening since hc came out the hook will be the decoy of your skill meaning the silence will still work but it will on last for a matter of time of you use cc skills that is why it happens

@@senpaibmgo7481 you can clearly see the hook come down, for some reason it still attached to hanabi while the hook wasn’t at all close, i’ve played fraco and im decent with it, i’ve watched a lot of franco gameplay too, i never seen “luck” like that.

Kenzy makes franco so op But actually franco is a bit useless without his hook, the good thing is his a tank which he can body block some skills to protect his carries There's a bit of a window of opportunity there Plus it's likely that franco players will ult their hooked victim
