Thanks for your wonderful recipe. I cook my fish curry the same method, but with a slight twist in the end by adding about 3 tablespoons of tarmarind juice and 1 tablespoon of jaggery. It will be very delicious.
Thank you just made it turned out great. It’s good this video is made with minimum fuss and no irritating background music. A very professional job young. I’m originally from Madras Now settled in Australia nearly 50 years but love my rice and curry as do my children and grandchildren. Will definitely make it again
This the simplest and best fish coconut curry recipe I've ever come across. I still can't stop saying yummy. Only one change I made in this recipe is that I used water instead of the thin coconut milk and finally I put in the regular thick coconut milk.
I make curries all the time but never made fish curry with coconut milk. Growing up my mom used to make this for me. Thank you so much it tastes amazing. Reminds me of home

Absolutely fantastic recipe. It was simple, without any spices yet the fish curry turned out to be so awesome. Everyone praised and asked who made the fish today. My brother in law asked me twice whether I made it or my wife. Thanks for the great recipe
Probably except the rice for diabetics this is a healthy dish through and through. Right on ! loving it. Thanks from California. I used an organic canned C.Milk for the thick and a Cartoon organic C,milk for the thin one.
Hi, this looks fantastic. However I don't understand one thing. In the video you say to add coconut milk both thin and thick, but in the written recipe it's not mentioned. In my country I have the cartons of thai coconut milk, can I use this? Thanks!
Thanks a ton for explaining the recipe in simple words. It turned out really yummy. The funny thing before this we had eaten Thai curry and it taste just like that. May be there is some historical connection with coastal cuisines. Do you have any recipe which doesn't involve coconut milk, as I don't want to have thai taste again :)
yes there are some connections with coastal cuisines...the ones without coconut milk are very spicy ...you may need to adjust the red chilli. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3i1dmF8h8v4.html
Today i cooked this recipe and add pinch zeera, pinch garam masala and one lemon...i will rate this recipe 4/5. Mam it should be khata and teekha what other should be added to boom its taste and flavour. Thankyou from Pakistan.
Just cooked yesterday. My God. I have immediately subscribed. I feel like watching one video of yours before get into kitchen. Pls post more fish verities. Also let us know how to season or pre treat the iron Tawas for dosa I DNT want to use nonstick but I am force to do so because I don't know how to use iron. Always my dosas are sticking to iron pan.
Simplify Your Life before cooking dosha. You must put some wheat flour on that pan. Rub with that flour on your pan for 2minutes on all the sides. After that you can wash it and use of dosha without sticking
hi ... just would like to say I Love You video and I enjoyed it a lot I'm West Indian so I cook with a lot of the spices that you cook with in your video.. I am very familiar rised with coconut milk but you said thin coconut milk?? I only know of one kind of coconut milk and where can I find thin coconut milk because I would love to make this recipe and in advance thank you
When you squeeze out milk from grated coconut (perhaps with the aid of hot water), the first squeezing yields thick coconut milk. Subsequent squeezings, with more water added, yields thin.
