sadly she is teaching what she was taught. many have diluted this art form doing anything and everything and giving the name of kerala mural name. more authentic teachers should work on promoting proper art form. thats how people will start identifying actual kerala mural painting to any other abstract freestyle painting. traditional form is not using trace (sketched according to talamana), panchavarna (not any colors, only 5 colors are used), eyes are made at last, its the pranapratishtapana of any traditional indian art. Each one here is responsible to keep this art form. People who teach, learner, channels promoting .... Again only lucky ones are those who get close to learning the actual method of these, and there is no looking back. its a sea of knowledge, just like any classical indian art forms.
@@sajithkumar3800 kerala mural is considered moreover as a ritual rather than art and is considered divine. It is of its utmost beauty when done in the right way. just wanted you to know 😊
Before doing such a video for the public, please try to learn the Kerala mural painting basics. Please don't insult the mural painting artists in Kerala. Dont give unauthenticated information to the public. Actually this is not the way the kerala mural does.

@@amys9058 Kerala mural painting is a long procedure. The wall must be prepare a week prior to the painting with 3 layers of lime. No more white will be later added. A pooja is conducted b4 the painting started. Sketching is done using yellow and darkened using red. While painting yellows is filled first and red or orange later followed by green and blue. Final stages are blacklining and eye opening.
@@amys9058 try watching -'space of art by sujith muthukulam'.. His first video shows it clearly.... but on canvas. But the video is in malayalam. .It has good explanation 😊
You are doing not actual kerala mural... sorry.. it is not just painting as you like.. there are certain principles.. 1.only mixed colors used no single color 2.body, ornaments, hair dress.. all have seperate base color should be paint first then only actual color 3.eyes, should be last.. it has a traditional rules... first red color then black... 4.final stage, all out line should be draw with indian ink, to get more effect on pic. Body, ornaments, dress all out line.. Before opening eyes.
Please .... please don’t teach wrong . Kerala mural is not done as you said. At least try to gather very basic information about Kerala mural before showing to others.
