Ingredients- Rice Flax seeds Aloevera gel Directions- Take 2 tbs rice + 1 glass of water. Cook it until rice cooks keep lil bit water in it Take 2 tbs flax seeds and cook it till gel consistency Filter the mixture with the help of cloth Add that jelly to rice mixture and let it cook together In that warm mixture add 1 tbs aloevera gel. Blend this mixture in grinder and our cream is ready

Aloe vera.. flax seeds 2 tbsp cook in 1 glass of water ,cook...make a gel filter ..in another vessel add rice powder 2 tbsp add 1 glass of water ..Cook rice ..keep starch water ..(wash hair with warm water so cuticles open) ..apply this paste by mixing all 3 ingredients
