Just watched the movie on Netflix. WOW. The ending. Wont give anything away but my gosh. And Kerry Washington played her character amazingly. Very compelling throughout.

There was absolutely nothing funny about anything in this production. It was extremely moving and Kerry's performance was powerful. I highly recommend.

C. W. The play was superb, the entire cast was stellar glad I got a chance to see them live!! Kerry was the best so emotional and since I am a fan of hers was a treat for me to see her. She mentioned in an interview on Jimmy Fallon that American Son will be a limited series on Netflix with the whole cast in tow ... this way more folks can get a chance to see it not just New Yorkers like me or people who traveled to see the 🎭, so if it interests you I suggest you keep an 👁 out for it. I loved it and they received a standing ovation ... play was great and a change from Musicals !!

C. W. More than welcome ... when I say it was stellar that is an understatement, not only performance wise ... it was suspenseful and also enlightening raised so many questions and diff view points. Glad that you will check it out, nothing like seeing them live but this comes close and Kerry always gives 💯 in everything she does! Best and have a great weekend .
