I've never had a problem out of my Kershaws. I think they hold up real well for inexpensive daily users! Thanks for watching, Terry. The LORD bless you back, brother!
Ted, I know I’m late, but thank you so much for the mention!! I see the slip is still looking great. 👍🏼 I really like the looks of that Kershaw Federalist! Might have to pick one up soon
You are welcome, Aaron! I'll probably show them both from time to time as they age. Still love carrying them, too. The Kershaw is very satisfying in the hand. It's slim and lightweight, and feeling the texture of the micarta is almost therapeutic!😄
That is one nice micarta folder. Almost a trapper. Must be pretty light. 154 CM was a favorite steel of Bob Loveless and a lot of other hand-made knifemakers. CM stands for chrome molybdenum, I believe. That steel was replaced, due to availability I think, by ATS 34. Both still in use
Yeah I'm planning on picking up one of those federalist been collecting Kershaw for a long time if you ever come across the skyline pick it up it's another good one👍
Hey! I put the lanyard on there for you, Doc!😃 I tell you what! I've been trying to figure out what that micarta feels like and it finally dawned on me. It feels almost like nubuck! It's amazing. I'm loving this knife.
