Queen Bee is a fine example of someone who is outgoing, free-spirited, and not at all fake. Since Loona is an introvert practically all her life, she needs a friend like Bee.
Episode 8 was planned to be the last one in season one, but copyright issues delayed it. Queen Bee was voiced by Kesha. (Vivzie's early animation was for a Kesha song, the delay was probably because music copyright issues)
iirc it was legal drama between Kesha and her previous producer that was preventing the release. Legal stuff finally got sorted out, so they could finally release the episode
Gotta be honest I never expected Beelzebub to look like a mix between a hellhound and a bee. I thought she'd be primarily insect theme but I like the design
Totally. I wasn’t expecting this character reveal, let alone what she might look like. Totally awesome though. This dual combination looks absolutely incredible. I think this and her personality definitely makes her one of my top new favourite characters.

@@Reanimatedyt funny anecdote on that, my nephew likes to tell how one of his earliest memories was from me babysitting him and watching me play BloodRayne, yeah one of his oldest memories is a half naked vampire sneaking up behind a guy and slicing his ear off LoL. We wasn't that young, he has his own kids now, but, well math I guess that game came out like 21 years ago, so he would have been maybe two or three years old at the time maybe four. But I was responsible, when they watched me play games I always told them if they did the stuff in the games they would be hurt or die...which drove my sister nuts as they would then repeat that to her when they watched her play games.
From what I understand this was supposed to come out after episode 7 (remember episode 7 said part 1) but due to legal issues they couldn't release it. Instead of letting that hold up the second season they just went ahead with it.
What exactly were the legal reasons that prevented them from getting on with S1 Ep8 in the first place though? Doesn’t seem like there’s anything in it that would’ve prevented them from releasing it. Perhaps it was an animation delay or something?
@@danielwhyatt3278 I'm fairly sure it's the artist who was singing in this one had issues with their manager trying to claim everything they made was theirs so they had to basicly legal dispute it
@ravenreactions1207 actually it was kesha who had the legal problems. The one who was singing (Rochelle diamente) didn't, but I'm pretty sure they had to resing with her it becuase of those legal isues
@@53raMaybe that’s why the episode was delayed. There might have been legal issues preventing Kesha from singing the entire song, so Viv got someone to sing it instead while still having Kesha as the speaking voice for Bee. That’s my assumption anyway.
To be fair to the bee/wolf thing she wasn’t wrong about Blitzø drinking because of depression and self hatred causing himself problems and not to just have fun.
@@abdurrahmandureng Beelzebub is the ruler of the Gluttony ring, making her the embodiment of the sin of Gluttony (the same way Ozzie is the embodiment of the sin of Lust). Sins are way higher up, and more powerful, than regular demons.
To be fair to Tex, Loona knew he had a gf. In the ep where they first met, he told her that his gf threw killer parties and he'd invite her to one, so it's not like she went not knowing he was dating someone.
@@Reanimatedyt Ya, Tex promised Loona they would get her some friends so although she definitely went there because of Tex (even if he was taken), I'm sure Loona wants to make some new friends too. You can tell she's a little lonely.
Yeah, this was mostly a no frills, light hearted episode after that heavy hitter that was episode 7 from season 1. But y'know, Kesha was having contract problems preventing her from being allowed to do this without costing Viv an arm & a leg.
Kesha is free from her abusive producer right? So would that make her free to sing other songs written for Beelzebub in this show, or to perform 'Cotton Candy' at one of her concerts? It's be a great 'everything that's happened to me over the last few years' moment in her concert - she talks about what happened, how she joined the show, what she was going through, how she couldn't sing, but that now she can sing it 'so put your hands together!' and then launches into the song moment
This is a good season Finale I kinda like the character development of Loona And I can't believe they got Ke$ha In it My Prayers goes out to Erica Lindbeck, Loona's VA Who's still grieving for her fiancee Billy Kametz(Jojo VA) Passing last year Hope she doing okay
Loona knew good and damn well Tex had a girlfriend, he told her specifically “My Girlfriend throws the Best Hound Parties” and she got sad and crushed when they were on the beach and she heard that. She just didn’t know she couldn’t compare 😂
Glad Loona got her own episode and the final scene with her and Blitz dad was sweet and much needed....Erica was on point this chapter! I love Bee-lzebub she was a treat and a delight to see!
I saw the baby and nearly lost it. So cute. I definietely was not expecting Ke$ha to make an appearance! It's good to hear she still sings. But that last scene with Blitz kinda fucked me up tho. Loneliness is fuckin scary to deal with, especially with Blitz's trust issues.
In case you're confused, I will provide some clarity. This episode was supposed to be released after season 1, episode 7, which was in October 2021. However, they ran into legal issues - I'm assuming with Kesha voicing a character and helping write Cotton Candy. 10 months after episode 7 was released, the team decided to go on with season 2 until they could release episode 8. From what I've heard - someone correct me if I'm incorrect in any of this - Kesha had been having a legal battle with her producer for a long time. Because of this, if Viv released the episode before The issues were resolved, she could've gotten in a lot of legal trouble. The battle finally ended after like 9, 10 years, and Viv released the episode 2 days later. That's why the episode is being released now. Hope that helped clear up any confusion. 🙂
I don’t know why, but it feels good to know one of the seven rulers of hell has Loona’s back. Especially since we know Asmodeus didn’t have a very good meeting with Blitzø, Moxxie, and Millie.
Queen bee's song "Cotton Candy" actually shows what kind of leadership she's using and her specialty wich is gluttony it is shown in the lyrics that said "i'm what you want, not what you need"

This episode was such a bop and a 'mostly' feel good one. But it also had sad parts and insight into Loona's social life. P.S. That little baby was precious and I hope your kid is doing well. They did so well sitting during this reaction.
Just a review of the episode before this. Blitz and Stolas went to Ozzy's and got humiliated, Blitz got deppressed because Stolas found out that he has been used by Blitz to get into Ozzy's. Now in episode 8, this episode, Blitz is binge drinking to numb the pain, which is bad because hes purposefully being problematic at a party.

For context this episode (if u can call it that lol) takes place that night of Millie and Moxxie's date...so yeah blitz is just returning from house of Asmodeus(notice his clothes too). Oof
I feel like I don't have much to say about this ep, other then it was cool. I like how loona and blitz relationship is constantly growing. The song was eh just imo because she was singing about food... I like how even if she doesn't show it, loona really care for her dad. Overall, can't wait to see what next
Huh, I was wondering where the ads were when I watched, I don't even have YT Red. Not that I'm complaining. But I think I managed to watch the whole thing through without ads somehow.
On a side note I just realized...is she making her cotton candy FROM honey? I know its just spun sugar essentially but what would honey cotton candy be like?I'm wondering now.

It makes sense how it took so long, when you know the Legal troubles Kesha was fighting through before. And now that we've had that break through, it's been an absolutely "EPIC" Episode! Let's see Viv And Kesha really push their futures forward!
The first five minutes of the episode is missing. Tex's howl is week. Loona's context of Bitch, and the Bee's context of Bitch are VERY different. Bee is half Fox and half Bee. Remember she had posted a note on her bedroom door saying Tex had invited her to a party. Tex's Girlfriend is Bee of Bee leZbub. A ruler of hell like Piemon, Stolas, or Asmodius Blitzo had 5 15g kegs of Bees drinks.
So the reason why she's named Bee is because it's short of Beezelbub. So far we've seen 2 of hell's princess/princesses animated, Asmodeous from S1EP7, which is the leader of the Lust ring and Beezelbub now who's the leader of the Gluttony ring. We've seen Leviathan (leader of Envy Ring) and Lucifer (leader of Pride Ring) in pictures throughout the show, Mammon (leader of Greed Ring) in autographs/signatures and now Beezelbub/Bee mentioned Satan (although he had been mentioned before in the show) and Belphegor (Sloth Ring's leader)

Loona knew he was dating someone, just not someone as powerful as Beelzebub. Honestly hope her and tex end up together since bee seems to be the type that cheats but uses her sweets to keep people interested

Its impressive that they got kesha to play beelzebub apparently she's part of the 7 deadly sins but like I said its impressive how they got a pop singer to both write a song, and play it in this messed up and funny show
