Inspired by the amazing Blackstone Betty, I twisted her recipe into a ketogenic one and made “Keto Bacon Jam” that turned out absolutely divine! Now, here's where it gets even better. I smoked a brisket for 14-hours till it was melt-in-your-mouth tender and loaded with flavor. I melted provolone cheese on top of that brisket, and threw it all on top of a toasted keto Hawaiian bun. The final touch? A generous dollop of that irresistible Keto Bacon Jam on top. Trust me, this is one keto creation you don't want to miss.
