Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe
Makes 16 Brownies
1 Brownie
136.1 Calories
2.3g Net Carbs
18.2g Total Carbs
2.8g Fiber
13.1g Sugar Alcohol
3.5g Protein
12g Fat
1 1/4c Almond Flour
1c Granular Swerve or Keto Sweetener of Choice
(Xylitol works well. I pulsed 1c in my Vitamix for a smoother consistency)
2 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
6 Egg Yolks
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
6 Tbs Salted Butter
1/2c ChocZero Baking Chips
Preheat oven to 325°
Mixed together almond flour, granular swerve, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Separate eggs. Mix six egg yolks with vanilla extract.
Melt butter.
Mix melted butter into dry ingredients.
Mix egg yolk mixture into batter.
Mix in Lily’s chocolate chips
Spray 8 x 8 pan with cooking oil.
Press batter into pan.
Bake on center rack of oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Cut into 16 equal servings.
