did keto last year- went through a lot of stress; and stopped. i gained back tge 40 lbs i lost. i finally decided i was tired of being overweight ; so i'm back on.; and determined to stick to it. i don't love the taste of almond flour ;but this i think will be a welcome change and a great treat ! thank you so much
