Only one comment , may be you can seperate the ingredients according to cooking stages ( for instance : dough , cream, filling and etc) . At the moment you list all the products and then it is necessary to check the video again and again so to seperate the ingredients per cooking stages. Greetings from Germany.

Thank you Ragu! Unfortunately making the perfect and legit croissant remains a mystery. Tried it a couple of times but I can’t seem to figure out the flaky, layers of the true croissant.

Hi! I’ve done some of your recipies including this mocha cake! Everyone loved it! You’re pastries taste like the real thing! You’re amazing! 😊 the only thing is why does my frosting/butter cream some how grainy, i used the lakanto powdered sweetener, and its like it did not mix enough, it also sort of melted when i stored the extra ones in the fridge... any tips? But still the the roll was delicious! Thank you for your recipes!
hi Mel! I actually have the same problem before, so after storing the half of the frosting I still give it a good whisk to make it fluffy again. For the grainy texture, I’m not sure what went wrong. The only problem I see is maybe you need to blitz your sweetener more.
