I have bought everything you’ve mentioned except the seaweed because I’ve tried the Trader Joe’s kind and can’t get past the fishy flavor. I saw the Coke Zero in your cart and can’t resist either lol. I love all of the Ice Drinks especially the Blue Raspberry, but they are super delicious ice cold despite the Sucralose.

I just love ur videos girl. Great snack options. Im not a chip person. When i was a kid all i liked was fritos. Popcorn i do love but its not filling and i eat too much. So i avoid that too while im not at my goal yet im being so good on this low carb lifestyle im kinda shocked at my progress. I love to cook your recipes. Made the cloud pizza yesterday for the 3rd time. Maybe put too much sauce. Should have listened to u when u said 3 tablespoons. But the crust was the best yet. I grew up with my mom making and burning a lot of stovetop popcorn so I ended up taking over. I still love popcorn but find even Skinny Pop spikes my blood sugar no matter how little I eat because let's be real who eats just a handfull of it at a setting. Pork rinds are nasty and not heart healthy. Those cheddar crisps things were too hard for me but I still needed something crunchy...hence...I started prepping small individual cut up veggie trays (celery, cucumber and peppers) with a little low carb ranch cup. Easy to grab because seriously, I'm not hauling out the veggies and cutting them up everytime I want a some. Works for me and satisfies my need to eat something crunchy. Thanks for the info...I think I might add 3 or 4 olives to my trays next time.

You were great on the first two items but after the Cracklin’s you never mentioned a brand and holding up a bag for two seconds is not long enough. If you want people to read the bag, remember the five second rule people need enough time to focus on the item in your hand, and then read it, take it from a filmmaker. You should read the ingredients out loud cause alot of them are very bad to consume. Bobby with Flav-City shares bad vs good ingredients, so viewers know what to stay away from.
Great idea bc we all know eating healthy and gets expensive. I can’t do those options bc of the carbs except of the pork grinds. You can find some that have zero carbs at H‑E‑B. Definitely my go to for dipping. Unfortunately I just have to give up some things for my keto diet. CutDaCarb flatbreads are my go to tortilla replacement. You can cut them into chips shapes and fry them in olive oil then salt them. They turn out very good. Of course not the as good as a chip 😭 but it’s for the best and worth my results. Mexican food is my fav along with Italian food so coming up with ideas I’m to replace it is hard but I try 😢😂. God I miss Carne Guisada with homemade rice. I have cheat days and yes I go all out in carbs and make sure I do it well 😁. Never cheat with sugars or processed food tho. I stick to my no more then 1g of sugar a day
Have you tried making almond flour chips/crackers? I haven't made any in a long time, but to me almond flour tastes a bit like corn (plus you can buy corn flavoring, at least according to Keto Twins. I haven't really been into cooking lately, except the most basic heating & eating. It's salad season, especially with the recent heat wave.) I like to bake or microwave cheese and pepperoni into crunchy snacks.
I started going to Dollar Tree years ago for the holiday decorations and wrapping supplies. I've recently started checking out their food, but have been avoiding the snack aisle. Figured there wouldn't be anything good for me. Thank you for showing me I should check it out! I like the smaller packaging (portion control) and agree it's great to have something to throw in the purse. 🥰

The candy isle has sugar free russel Stivers dark chocolate. 4 carbs for one big piece. It is really good for an occasional sweet treat. Made with stevia.

Our Canadian Dollar stores don't have many options but I always go to Dollar Tree when I cross the border. Love the variety. It was interesting to see how your Dollar Tree has different products than the ones closest to me.
Almonds without the skin is clean. Also includes almond milk because they process the skin on the almonds. It's much better to use coconut milk...do your research.
This was great. I'd love to see some ideas on meals for on the go. I do doordash/instacart delivery and struggle to find options that don't require a fridge or a cooler and actually fill me up. Sandwiches tend to get soggy.
