Most people associate kettlebells with strength and functional training, but what make the kettlebell one of the most diverse pieces of fitness equipment in the world is that you can use it for almost any kind physical training. Kettlebell Kings has collaborated with Mind Pump Media to create a program which is expertly designed to utilize kettlebells for the purpose of building and shaping your body for aesthetic training.
The program is called Kettlebells 4 Aesthetics (KB4A) and is designed to target your muscles and stimulate muscle growth in a different way than your normal training. This makes the KB4A program a perfect addition and supplement to more traditional, hypertrophy based programs. The main advantage of training with kettlebells for bodybuilding is in the range of motion kettlebells allow for compared to barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines.
This is a free 4-6 week training program which you can follow along with and focus on or mix in every now and then with your normal training to improve your results. Whether you follow the highly effective MAPS training protocols or not (read more through link), or add KB4A in the mix every now you will see your body improve.

do you have advice for someone with boney wrists? I don't hit the back of my wrists, but as I'm rotating the kettlebell at the top into the rack position it grazes the bone on the outside of my wrist where hand meets wrists.. on the very outer side right under where they meet. Kind of looks like a ball ,, that bone

Can you clean the same weight that you swing?

I have big wide palms which make it difficult to push my hand thru for the rack

Big wide kettlebells? I have two bells and one is a real old school classic and the hand hole isn't square. It is harder to clean. The actual bell is solid and quite small so it also has more distance to travel before coming to rest and tends to clank even when I clean correctly ( as best as I can to date shall we say ). It also exerts more pressure once it is racked because it is more curved and dense. The kettlebell design really matters once you are cleaning and snatching and I guess also once you move up in weight.

The video you have up shows a kettlebell swing into the rack position. Do You have any videos for a clean without the swing?

I still get confused by hard vs sport style. The movement of the bell around the body vs moving the body around the bell has me messed up. Here seems to be more of the sport style.

2 years late but still useful hopefully 😁What is demonstrated here is hard style as far as I know - sports style would be more bending of the knees to get the quads to assist in the push up as well, this would be used more in competition because more of the body is involved and endurance can be increased etc. In my experience "movement of the bell around the body" are a bunch of different things: for example notice here how the KB moves around the wrist on the way down and on the way up - this is much more efficient, and saves the forearms from "banging" the weight onto them! Another example is the engagement of the lats to keep the bell closer to the body and so on . . . Mike Salemi is amazing, I have watched a LOT of videos and have been working with KBs for years, this is some of the best you will ever see !
