Watching him I can understand why Hollywood treating him so poorly for years, they always eat the nice genuine people. People like him are the reason why people want to become actors, he's so real and forthcoming and so easy to listen to and talk to.
This man is amazing, When you start from the bottom, and work your way up as this man did you know he must be real, and just perfect for all parts that he has played. Not to mention how he sings and entertains, and enjoys what he does. He is for real, and a genuine Happy person. His Parental guidance from Mother and Father was perfect. I've admired Kevin Costner's acting and directing for years. This being a 90 minute interview, it was quite an in-depth and interesting one. He's very charming, he's funny. He's down to earth and honest. It's apparent his work ethic is driven. He has an excellent intuition and taps into it. It's obvious that he's a wonderful father to his children as well. Thank you for the many, many years of giving your all to your audience. My hope you'll continue to do so.

That was an amazing interview. Man, he is painfully honest, you just don’t see that in this day and time. This guy puts his heart and soul into whatever project is before him. Whatever happens, you get your monies worth with this guy. I’m really taken aback by his honesty, it’s so damn rare, especially by somehow in Hollywood. If you’ve got this guy for a friend, you’ve really got something very valuable.

This is the second time I watched this and I am so amazed what a good man MR Costner is. I just watched Dancing with wolves amazing movie. Telling stories of how our country treated American Indians. That’s what I like about his films

At 1:14:10 when he was describing his kids watching A Perfect World and his 6 yr old turning to him to touch his face to make sure he was okay after the movie was over....all the feels. How sweet, what an incredible experience that must be for Kevin Costner and his children to experience watching their dad in such riveting movies like A Perfect World. Especially so young when everything in life is still so magical and is viewed from such a different lens than as an adult. Definitely an "awww" moment for me in this interview. I love that movie and I was probably 11 or 12 the first time I watched it and I bawled at the end.

Kevin this was such a gift watching this and learning more about who you are off the stage. I agree with you about Sean Connery and Sean Penn. when I go to a movie most of the time it’s for who is in the movie because I love the way they act. No matter what I always have watched your movies and it’s automatic. I feel that way about Gene Hackman and Sean Connery Sean Penn and Ethan Hawke. Can’t wait to see Horizon and I find myself wanting to rewatch Yellowstone because I didn’t want it to end. The best to you and your family

I’ve been on a 1 movie kick as of late because i had a memory of a scene of the Bodyguard. Then i read of a history between Whitney and Kevin. I love their chemistry. I’ve never watched so many Videos of them. This interview takes the cake!! Love you, Kevin!! You’re such a delight!!
One of the most honest and down to earth men I have ever seen as an actor, when you watch him in Waterworld doing most, or even all his own stunts you know this guy is for real, hi gives off a good vibe which I love. Dont really know the man as such but would love the opportunity of becoming his friend.
Costner is pretty unique in the sense that he has gotten better (much better) as he has gotten older. Hatfield and McCoys is wonderful. Character work in Man Of Steel and leading role in Criminal his best to date.
