De bruyne vision and awareness is just ridiculous. The right amount of weight on the ball, the accuracy, the timing which he does it so effortlessly not just once or twice but over and over again. I mean most of those passes, you don't even see from a bird's eye view. He is the upgraded version of all midfielders from the past.

You didn't really show the fullness of De Bruyne so I'm assuming you went for the more recent clips but De Bruyne is very skillful yet it seems that he no longer does anything fancy/flashy these days as he's focused on getting the best results for the team
