I think kd is the best scorer ever. I don't think any other player has had multiple scoring titles and also been a member of the 50/40/90 club. Those two stats alone show that he can be the highest scoring player in the league if he needs to be and he is also one of only nine nba players ever who shot 50% from the field 40% from 3 and 90% from the free throw line in a season. Here are a few players who never even came close to those stats. jordan, kobe, carmelo, lebron, dwade, magic, kareem, barkley, malone etc.
