Yep, it's in the Bible. Pretty much any good piece of advice is found in the bible. Want to find out why you are hurting inside? Grab a Bible and see if you are on that path. I can guarantee that you aren't. The struggle is admitting it and doing something about it because it usually means you have to give up something you are desperately holding on to. Picture Jesus in a boat and you drowning a few feet away while holding onto a 50 pound weight. He's yelling "drop the weight!" And you just pretend not to hear and grip it even tighter. That's the struggle. What's your 50 pound weight? Personally, writing this just made me think I'm holding on to way more than 50.🤔🤔😢🤣🤣

Kevin a legend and I’m glad he realized it before it was too late. I know what it feels like to lose all hope in life to where the only way out in your mind is suicide. I’m goin thru it rn and tbh I don’t know if imma ever recover but listening to him speak about his struggles with mental health gives me some peace of mind.

Been here before and sometimes I still feel this way and yet I’m always pushing through because I think of the people that care about me the most which is my parents and that’s it.
