As a person that works closely with white people, that in itself, is part of the problem. Keep black people telling each other that they tear each other down. Keep them focused on calling out their own flaws. Keep saying it so it's ingrained into their brain. So at times when they are uplifting each other, someone will remind them they are just crabs in a barrel. That will keep them from focusing on the real issue.
Black ppl always saying this shit... Its so exaggerated its not even funny.. Ppl only say this, when someone doesn't get the attention and love they want... It's always a fan too
@Gracie That as a parent, we are the upmost example for our children. Kevin Hart was speaking on the comedy side of entertaiinment. I just see a way to apply it for parents of today. Some individuals look for others to be an influence in our children. We (parents) need to show our children the "blueprint" for success, but above it all, too develop them to be wonderful people with the qualities that people want to have around. But, unfortunetly, its very hard to "teach" what we "parents" don't know. How could I teach Love, if I dn't know what it is? How can I teach empathy, if I don't know what that is? ETC-ETC. Our motto in my home is "Be better..."
This is the best interview that I have seen that makes so much sense . Shout out to Kevin Hart and Tiffany H. For such a positive and heart felt response. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Clorox Bleach 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂You know what's funny....so katt says "tell me your favorite tiffany haddish joke" well I can't think of one but not only can I tell you my favorite katt joke but I can tell you my favorite katt joke just from that last interview with Wanda..."What i do with corn" 😂😂😂
DroneGuy This already half a million views and by Monday it should be to a million. If Katt was on he would get a million views in half a day bcuz he still has crazy fans and supporters and even his haters would tune in just to talk shit after the interview is over
There's nothing better than watching black people support each other. Nothing. I've gained a lot of respect for Kevin Hart from watching this interview.
kissame104 that wasn’t black support. That was one black person supporting one black person and putting down another. This does not represent black love or unity. There’s always more sides than one. Don’t believe the hype.
You know Kevin’s where he is because he understands so much. He’s not petty or jealous, he wants to grow, he wants to learn, he thinks about the big picture, he’s level headed, he cares, he’s grounded and he’s extremely talented. He’s got it going on.
One thing I will say - it’s nice to see a brother stand up for the sisters for a change!! Too long brothers have been shying away from defending our sisters especially in the entertainment industry!!
dont u think its men in general? im a guy i show my girl hella love she my queen forsure but im saying men not a race not only black men whites too i think as men we as humans should treat our woman better
Kev was so ready to beat somebody's ass that he reminded us all how Tiffany had to WASH her ass in bathroom sinks while she was homeless. A true friend indeed.
I have to give credit, applause and a high 5 to Kevin Hart for his comments, recommendations, solutions and inspirational message in regards to black upcoming comedians, being supportive, positive and helpful in uplifting and being a vehicle once you've made it to help others make it as well!!! He's absolutely correct!!!! I have to agree with his overall message!!! Well done Kevin, well spoken and well delivered!!!! Thank you for breaking that done and making it a point to emphasize how important it is for us to support and not tear down each other!!! Great message!!!! I also commend you on defending Tiffany and having her back!!! That's what REAL men do, support, protect and be a strong presence for women, make us feel safe and cared for!!! Great job Kevin!!!!👏👏👏👍🙂
Side note. Shout out to Nick Cannon with Wild n Out. That show is the biggest platform for new black comics just like how def comedy jam was back in the day.
Cant question anyones success..at this point Tiffany cant be torn down or have her wins taken. Whether we think shes funny or not....same goes for Kevin
Why can we judge a black athlete on their athleticism but we cant judge a comedian on their joke skills? The hypocrisy. Kevin and tiffany are not funny and too many people agree with me. A lot of people grind and are good at business but if your businesses is getting bad yelp reviews then you should make changes
Telling the truth or sharing your opinion doesn't mean that you are a hater or trying to tear someone down. Katt doesn't even have the power to tear anyone down. He only has an opinion that many of us share and then there are those who don't. The media blew this out of proportion, as usual.
@@WolfByDay she mad a “short film” basically making a joke about child molestation, if I’m remembering right she had a child getting molested by a creepy uncle or somethinggg, it was low budget ash and CREEPY
When he talked about being a partner instead of working for them It reminded me of what Tupac said in an interview, "Everybody gets pimped, It's how long you allow yourself to get pimped" 😤👏
Ya and how he went from a horrible stand up comedian and get no recognition,to wearing a dress on snl and next week he is a SUPERSTAR he got his platform for selling his soul
First off he got his fame from doing a really good stand up show. SNL doesn’t put no name stars on their show they barely even put SUPERSTARS on their show. You can look up How many guest appearances Everyone has had on SNL an their the most popular episodes.
I think Kev was just chatting there because let's not act like Katt didn't have an entire stand up special where him & his FRIENDS, fellow black comedians, went on tour TOGETHER & he always bring the unsung heroes on the road with him. Not to mention Katt owns the rights to his shows, so he broke bread with them. Has Kevin done the same? (Serious question). & Not for nothing, Katt kept shit too real as opposed to smiling & playing the white man game
I appreciate Kevin's frustration and admire his ability to take accountability, responsibility, and turn it in to success for him and others who want an opportunity! That's class and that's a true man. 👌🏽💯
People that aren’t funny who get money opportunities use another piece of their body 🤣 and it ain’t just heart! 🍑 In the end, its all entertainment. Katt keeps it real an got his money. He’s free to say whatever he wants. Katt might be accurate in all content but his general point is always felt. That’s why i’ll buy his ticket rather Kevin Haddish. 😆
Us Black men gotta start sticking up for our Black women like this more fr. Been saying this for a while now. Time for us to start leading our people and supporting our women like we used to
Jay Cee that's sexist nigga, also how ugly niggas like "quontium" supposed to get pussy if he don't simp? smh. think first dummy.

kat williams has promoted countless black female comedians, brought them on tours with him. Isnt that sticking up for black women. He only stated stated his opinion on tiffany haddish which is true , they both arent funny. Have you ever laugh at one of her jokes? was kat suppose to lie when ask about tiffany haddish work?
@@valeriewilliams5078 It's sad because people ain't trying to hear it honestly. And Black folks just want to keep this gender war going. Like I said, been saying this
I have to see how freely kevin speak when he believes Kat is out the game. This will show you alot about a person when they think all is going there way.
He's the most well known comedic actor of the last 40 years and often regarded as one of top stand up comedians of all time. What more credit does he deserve?
Real talk... I respect that man for sticking up and goin hard for Tiffany and Fact Changing Lol😂 That's something you don't really see EVER. I applaud Kevin Hart! RESPECT💯
ppl (Celebrities especially) always use the race card to bait people to feel sorry for them or to use as an excuse to further themselves (monique, aziela banks, etc) when they cleary gave no fucks abt race before. Idk abt yall but Kevin never struck me as a person that was "problack" Not saying that he was against it. Just that he never talked about it so I find it convenient that he wants to bring up Tiffany hadish being black to get the black community to rally behind him/her and make Kat Williams seem crazy. Illuminati or not there's wierd shit that goes on in Hollywood esp when u dont want to go their route. Chappelle knows
Remember this IS The same dude who cheated on his wife, he most likely fuckingTiffany, or been fucking during his marriage. Soooo miss me with the whole chivalrous Knight BS
I don't care if he fucked 100 bitches, 100 Lyons, or 100 elephants, his flaws has nothing to do with him coming to his friends defense. You cannot hold somebody's mistakes nor flaws over their head especially when they've changed and doing good. People need to stop! Get over that. Could you for damn sure don't want your sins held over your head. Remember that!
That was a well spoken and enlightening interview. Much love and respect for Kevin Hart for taking the high road and being informative and not bashing of another.
@Firm Fiasco it's not the fact about truth or facts, it was the way he delivered it. It came off as bitter. You can go on about not liking someone but at certain points, he called some of them ugly and some things were unnecessary.
@Firm Fiasco It is hate. The only reason Kat Williams is running his mouth is because he think he should be in their spot. Furthermore, if he was more successful than they are, he would have nothing to say about how funny they are or how much experience they have
@@ramaat2731 none of the other comedians were there when Katt called them ugly, compared his specials to other ppl and volunteering negative info when they didn't even ask for half of the stuff he said.
I ship their brother/sis relationship so much! She told a story about how he mentored her when she was living in her car. He gave her a meal & words of wisdom but no hand-outs per se. Then watched her grow, giving her tips and encouragement. This is how it should be. 😍
He talked about Katt Williams but cat is the only one that came out and talk about Hollywood no other comedian did that except for David Chappelle and there's a question mark on him really there's a question mark on Kevin Hart and one thats deep y'all know what the question mark is about
I miss Bernie Mac. I would've loved to hear his take on the state of comedy today and the entertainment business as a whole. My faves are Bernie and Mike Epps. I like Katt too.
Kymistry28 I actually like Katt. He's naturally funny. But Bernie was the OG. I feel like he would resonate more with Katt's talent in comedy over Kevin's though.
Theres plenty of sports teams that grind sir but if they garbage every sunday we are allowed to tell them that their garbage during the season. Cleveland browns are garbage. Kevin hart is garbage. Both browns and Hart grind every week in training but come out failing
Very well done interview. Made me respect kevin alot. And he is absolutely correct. I have been one of those people who have judged a few comedians stating they are overrated, annoying etc.. so he gave me a better insight of what needs to end within our community.
You are Absolutely correct I’m looking at this interview after seeing the roasting by Katt Williams did and I am very surprised but I’m also I’m very much in agreement with Kevin I honestly thought Katt was kidding but according to this he wasn’t. I love all three of these comedians but this gave me a better understanding
Yea it was one of the most serious ive ever seen him and rightfully so. Hes angry for tiffany cause she is finally on the rise and Katt is trying to tear that down for no real reason. Kevin can take his hate cause hes on par with katt success wise but he cant stand that now Katt is trying to ruin it for rising comedians like her.
I can't front, I was never a fan of Tyler Perry's work but, he really did open doors for black people in the industry holding keys. To have his own production studio and filming studio? That's a major feat.
frank ponds Yes. Help build each other up. Lift each other up. Don't get jealous of each other, because in this society Black people are really being trained and brainwashed to be against each other and keep each other down. People like diction, rhetoric, but not facts. People need to wake up!!
@@reallynotreally1524 he didn't stand up for Mo because he didn't agree with her. He touched on it in a subtle way when talking about the Netflix deal and box office draw
c'mon now you can't stand up for all that don't deserve it, Monique know what her problem is, the hell we all do, Monique is an excellent comedian not her dam husband
LET THIS BE NOTED. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HEARD KEVIN SPEAK SO PASSIONATELY IN RESPONSE to those POCs who choose to NOT do. Finally. And let me just add, I have followed his journey and success. He has spoken about success, comedy and working hard. This is the first time he has mentioned the disturbing truth of what WE tend to do to each other WITHOUT generalizations. THANK YOU MR. HART!
Steve johnson his wife is nowhere near White. What are you talking about? Just because she's not fully black, doesn't mean she's not black. She's mixed but she's definitely a black woman
Steve johnson and his wife before his current wife was darker skin and fully black. Darker than Tiffany. He knew his current wife way before he married her.
This is a great interview. Way to go Heartbeat Productions and Queen Tiff!!! Slammed dunk her ball back across the fence!!! Lol. Salute! Keep fighting and I thank you for your resolve. 😇
Katt Williams is probably the funniest damn comedian I've seen in a long time, *BUT* the way he disrespects people isn't cool with me. I never liked how he came after Steve Harvey, and I certainly didn't like how he tore down Tiffany Haddish. I'll always salute Kevin Hart for the brand he's creating, because *every* interview, *every* movie, *every* youtube video, *every* tv commercial I ever see the brother in... he's positive. I walk away with a good feeling. A good vibe. That's what a comedian is supposed to do! My hat's forever off to him for that. I can't say that about Mike Epps, Katt Williams, or Aries Spears - who spend their interviews sounding bitter as hell about someone elses success. They cheapen their _own_ brands whenever they do that. Get your sisters ball, Kev!
Dr. Everything B. Alright I appreciate your comment, I’m not a KW fan because he has always been a hater to me- I do respect the talent he has to make people laugh who like his comedy it’s just not for me- it was in my opinion totally disrespectful for him to slam Kevin and Tiff - we have to do better
I know this is an old video, but the message is uplifting. Now, I wish Katt (in 2024) could also spend more time celebrating our successes than tearing down. Yet, he clearly has some stuff on his soul that he feels he needs to release. Katt's a real G though.
Kev went in.....I have NEVER seen him this serious.I like that side of him too, because I am a good guy like Kevin, and people think because you are cool that you are soft. That Philly came out in him,and when people piss me off,the NY comes out in me!!! He Ready....go Kev!!!!
Yall better stop playing with Kevin. He came up with Bill Burr, Patrice O'Neal, Jim Norton, etc. He's more than capable of handling himself. First time I ever saw Kev was in Paper Soldiers, a Dame Dash/Rocafella movie. It's awesome to see where he started to where he is now. He started from the very bottom, paid his dues and is now taking FULL advantage of the opportunity he has earned for himself. Respect the grind.
I remember Tiffany Hadish in Bill Bellamy Whose Got Jokes that was like ten years ago she did so many cameos and stand up parts in every comedy show you can imagine for the last ten years. Why do people act like she just popped out of the sky. Her FAME popped out of the sky. Support our sister.
Say that!!! I've been waiting for someone to bring that point out. People who didn't know her got put on via Girl's Trip, but for those of us who met her via Who's Got Jokes, met her years ago. Like 2009. She was mad funny back at that time. She killed it on Who's Got Jokes. Lil Rel was on Who's Got Jokes too. He killed his performance too. That was almost 10 years ago. Lil Rel nor Tiffany Haddish just got here. That's long ago. All of those comedians Tiff, Rel, Kevin, & a lot of other comedians grinded their way to the top for the shine they got.
