This company is a joke….They treat their drivers like crap, and have expectations that are simply impossible. The biggest problem is, they don’t care about one employee to the next. They believe someone who has been with the company over 15 years is easily replaceable. They flat out dog their drivers everyday with an entire cubed out trailer, and expect them to complete a route in the amount of time that THEY think is doable. Plus they want the drivers to use their personal phones to take pictures throughout the route. This Kevin CEO fella needs to reevaluate the way he treats his employees, or they will end up going on strike, and soon.
6 Days of deliveries means another day of failures, another day sales rep has to worry about delivery issues, shorts, outs, mis-picks, Credit issues, Etc.
