Great video, but I wish you guys would add the flight numbers for the discs as well. As someone who doesn't know all the discs in the prodigy lineup, it would be very helpful 👍
In prodigy’s defence, adding numbers would probably just be misleading. Half of these discs are very worn in and no longer fly like the numbers suggest.
@@WillEnj0y Totally, absolutely something to be said about that (because flight numbers are normally moot), regardless. Some people use them as a "oh i'm looking for that kind of OS fairway". Guiding lights and all that.
Prodigy definitely has a great putters + midranges , Latitude with extra glide fairways , innova with destroyers , Mvp with stability discs . all manufactors has their own best categories :)
He’s had a tough couple of seasons without high profile wins and a fair amount of dropping the ball when in a good position. He’s a great player and just has to find his rhythm!
A prodigy in-the-bag sounds you accidentally ended up in a college algebra class. Super excited to hear about the FX 500 G2 ABC 123 DG R2D2 -- it has to be an absolute bomber!
300, 400, 500, 750…are plastics. Higher the number more durability the plastic has. PA, A, M, F, H, D…are disc types. A as an Approach, F as Fairway and so on. Number tells the stability. D1 is the most overstable D- series disc, D2 is a bit less overstable and so on… As our line up has grown, we have added names like FX so we could have more great fairway options. Hope this helps ✌🏼
@@bosoxdanc1 i dont think he was trying to be difficult at all, sounded more like just a little joke....cause its true. Whereas 90% of other company have names for their discs, prodigy is just an algebra class. But im sure he meant no harm. On a side note, whats the "g" in 750g/400g/350g stand for and what does it mean compared to just 750 or 400 etc etc
It sounds like Prodigy in actuality is trying to simplify the lineup that you can figure out what the disc is - by its name alone. Even it really does sound dry like algebra. With alternatives like River in Opto / Soda in Steady or Sunny / Wraith in DX or Champion / Kaxe or Kaxe Z in K1 or K3? Who's the most see-through over here, actually?
I agree KJ seems down. He hasn’t had the best season so I get it and I feel like prodigy saying the company would go under without Gannon burr pretty much along those lines idk the exact quote they said during the court battle. I’d be bummed if my company who I thought I was the figure head of just put me down
I got my phone on the ground to listen as I just mess around looking at discs . 🤔 All I hear is this disc don't turn left ,this disc don't turn right , it don't go very far, I'll use this in head winds . Its kinds Flippy but not really ..
I throw prodigy, but what does it say about design/quality when the exact same model/plastic of three different putters is his go-to for three different shot shapes?
