Levrone is so healthy today because he didn't have body dysmorphia and the obsession with being big due to insecurities. When he had lengthy spaces between contests, he'd go off gear and shrink down, rather than bloat up like so many other seamed to. His off season size would sometimes go as low as 200-205lbs. Then like 12 to 16 weeks out, he would start doing two a days, cycle up, and put all of his size back on to compete. That dude did it smart. It's very much how the legends from the 70s did it as well. You can find offseason pics of Arnold looking much smaller for him.

"Smart" lol AkA Genetically Gifted. Only a small % of people the planet can put on 50lbs in 16 weeks AND be conditioned no matter how much gear they take. You call those guys "insecure" b/c you have no idea what they had to do to compete and keep their size. You just dumbly assume they are all like Levrone. Well guess what stupid, THEY AREN'T haha. Just like Lee Priest was unique in being able to become a fat cow off-season every year and lose 60lbs in a regular 12-week diet plan.

It’s not really the case. After he tore his chest and regained the muscle post recovery, he realized how fast his response was to gear. At that time we see him start to downsize in the off-season to some variable weight. (Again few videos, images exist to confirm hard numbers. He did get smaller but by how much). Then add the whole acting in all this timeframe too. His legs never really improved in the late 90’s to early 2000’s when we see the retiring. He is a hyper responder, but how much time is all he said she said

ThNks Jeremy! I know, I wish I had the time and funds to still do these! I loved it. Unfortunately with the Social Media boom and RU-vid it didn’t really make sense to spend $30k or more per year just to film and produce the DVDs that nobody buys anymore. Maybe if this channel blows up and I get millions of followers I’ll be able to afford to do it again haha!! Let’s hope!

His thin smooth skin, with his healthy looking Caribbean tan colour, then with his round muscle belly’s and veins all over was pretty much unmatched! Only others I think were on his level were Shaun Ray and Flex Wheeler, these 3 had it all.. I’d rather of looked like this over Ronnie definitely, can you even imagine walking into a club looking like this with a tight plain T-shirt on.. Ultimate powerful alpha look, women must of been all over him!
