Kevin Love and Channing Frye on Mental Health, Sports and Friendship 

I’ve struggled with mental health for awhile now. This is really inspiring. Makes you feel human. K Love and Channing such great guys. So glad they were on my cavs. Let alone 2016 nba champions

I love how NBA players are bringing attention to mental health. It's very important, not just for them, but for everybody.

As a guy who has panic attacks its great that pro athletes open up it helps takes away the stigma nothing but respect for these two

They’re talking about stuff that needs light. This needs to be said. People struggle with this. This is real. If you got everything in the world, or if you don’t, these are things people go through in life. Whoever you are.

Kevin Love out here taking steps forward in progressing mental health issue conversations. Him coming out the way he did made me feel like I’m not alone. I’m sure I was already aware of that, but it particularly came at a time when I needed a reminder. Props to love. Was already a fan; grew to become a bigger fan because of this.

"You don't have to fix it, just listen." Word. Just too bad that it seems to be extremely difficult for people to listen nowadays.

Wow, very good. Hearing these two guys talk is so helpful to so many people. Both very well spoken. The two should do a talk show, they could help so many people. I like how they touched on how boys are taught to "play anger". This playing technique may make one more dynamic player but it is carried off the field creating a lot of havoc in personal lives. I like how they provided tools/solutions to help, they shared WHAT to do. So many of us don't know what to do. Need more of these.

Channing is the Goat! I suffer from health anxiety and depression but I’ll get through it. This gave me some relief, so happy they’re talking about this. They should get Demar on here

Only RJ is missing

Kevin Love is about to show everybody why the league messed up by sleeping on him. I think this lifted a huge weight off his chest, and given the way he's played over the last few games, he's going to be a beast in the playoffs.

This was beautiful. It was so genuine and they both truly care for each other as brothers.

K Love when you said you’re trying to be better to the people in your life. I feel that. Life is about the relationships you build and how you connect to them. Being alone or hiding your true feelings can be crushing for one person to take. We need each other to lift each other up. That’s love, that’s like being the best version of yourself.

I love Kevin and Channing so much. God bless them! And as a woman I can honestly say I truly admire it when a man shows emotion. Choosing to face difficult emotions and choosing to be vulnerable IS NOT WEAK. It is quite the opposite, it shows you are strong and brave and human. I don’t care what anyone says. Boy, you feel like crying, CRY! And never be ashamed of it. We are all human and we are given the ability to cry for a reason.
