I love this series it just keeps getting better over time. Also after 13 years of working in retail Bernard Black is my genuine customer service idol. I spend all week being nice to customers no matter there attitude towards me, and Bernard gets to say all the things I sometimes wish i could say. 😂

I'd love to say I was manny but I'm so Bernard in my job 😂😂 Also I know the first episode is a little out of sorts but go with it honestly such a good show

Just at 2:35 If you're still wondering who that actor was, he's called Rupert Vansittart. He played a Slitheen in the Doctor Who episodes Aliens In London/World War Three. His most famous role (In my opinion) was as Lord Ashfordly from the show Heartbeat.
