I was super teary the six months or so before my iron infusions this last time and I chalked it up to everything else, including depression, fibromyalgia, pain, insomnia, overwork, etc, and I am sure those played a part, but, along with about 30% of my brain fog going away 2-3 weeks post infusions, the unexplainable teariness also largely went away, too. I think the extreme anemia and low blood oxygen saturation just made everything so much worse and overwhelming, including the tears. (But then Darcy died and I sob every day, but that’s explainable). I hope you see the same improvement from your infusion in a couple more weeks!

Awww Libby you had me in tears watching you upset in the car. I am looking forward now to hearing that the infusion turns you into Wonder Woman ;-)

Thanks. You live a much busier life than I do so it's only to be expected I think. I've been using the little osmo today and so far I'm really liking it. Definitely good for when you're walking around or want to be a bit more discrete with vlogging :-).

Since I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia my time is messed up, I tell myself that I need to leave at certain time and then in my head that’s the appointment time!

Oh my word, I do that all the time. Thought it was just me. Good to know i'm not alone. I try to be so careful when planning out times because of that :-).

I have discovered that anything sweet especially sugar but also artificial sweeteners flare my fibromyalgia really bad. So eating well is super important for me. Sending much love and hugs to you Libby I hope you’re feeling better 🤗💜

Good that you've worked out that it causes flares so you can hopefully avoid, or at least minimize the triggers. I don't really know what food triggers it but I definitely know I generally feel a lot better when I'm eating well / less processed foods.

No I haven't though I've heard of them. Just got some grapes today so I'll go pop some in the freezer and give them a go :-).

Oh my goodness. Two hours early for your appointment and then you didn't get the iron at the chemist. You poor thing. I have actually gone to the doctor and I said hello to the receptionists (who knew me so I just sat down) and then one of them calls me up and says "You're appointment isn't until Friday" and it was Wednesday. I couldn't believe it. Ooops. haha. Poor Kevin with the passport debacle! (I have a passport story too haha) I was in London and we were coming home but I couldn't find my passport. My sister was so angry with me she had to lock herself in the bathroom to calm down. I thought I was going to be stuck in London forever (I was young haha). we were going to be late for the flight but I finally found it - I had packed it in my suitcase! That was so stressful. Travel can be so stressful if things like that go wrong. I am looking forward to seeing Kevin's vlogs! :)

May I ask why you are not just training the dogs the same as your other dogs. They had none of the problems. They were well behaved.

Actually Rosie did have a problem with lunging and barking at dogs and we got the Naughty Dog School in to help with her. You must have forgotten that neither of the dogs were mine as puppies. Neither got the proper socialization they needed - partly because of the pandemic. The biggest problem is I need to do the training one on one but neither do well being left on their own (probably because they never have been). I'm hoping to rope Kevin into helping but we might not be able to do much until we move to the apartment and there are a lot more dog around.
