No they are not okay but they legit just do not care, they are def unstable but they are EMOTIONAL, psychological and physical abusers. Be careful not to paint them as these victims to feel bad for because the people that they break are the real victims, I recommend watching Breeny Lee and her two RU-vid videos on narcissists.
But treatment can go a long way, in resolving much of this behavior. One thing I've learned is that narcissistic people have also been abused, and their own conduct continues the cycle. Now, of course, it's up to them, to want treatment and take action....!

Lucky guy... I have one child with that certain individual, and If I had known, I would've never dove into those waters. My child has been a true blessing, but its been one tough battle no doubt about it. I'm still trying to find the surface, and I know I'll make it out sooner than later. God bless you my friend. I am glad I came across Kevin in the last months of his life. I am 38 MBA fluent in French and work in healthcare. Never married and no kids. No stds either. This man increased my value in intangible ways and exponentially too. I will never again consider women who have kids and or divorce as wife material. Maybe a widow. That’s it. Women have been raised in my generation to no have accountability. And the ones that do are already wifed up. I fuck on married goes that realized they made a wrong decision and I am fine with that. I got out of a realtionship of 13 years with a covert one. She seems to be covert as well. I'm noticing soooo many red flags that I missed with who I was with and she soo similar. Narcissist are all the same, same playbook. They go about it differently. Since she's thin she more than likely a somatic narcissist that uses her looks and body. Afterwards, she will go into narcissistic mortification and become a ceribiral narcissist. Trying to flex her intelligence to gain fuel and supply for her ego. This too will fail as she's been out of intelligence sector most her life due to using looks instead. This final mortification after the intellectual image falls, will be the final one in which she will emerge an actual psychopath. She can no longer gain supply for a false image. She will have a disdain for everyone at that point. They don't care at all and can end up dead, or in prison.
And calling them a horrible perisn they wear it as a badge of honor. Let them parade it around. Encourage them too. This let's it be SEEN. this allows u to stay away then. I know it’s fun to watch a train wreck. But when he said “you need intensive psychotherapy” it hit me that this isn’t just a funny train wreck situation. And he emphasized that by calling her dangerous. This is a serious mental disorder and her kids are in danger. And I pray to god this woman gets the help she needs for herself and her kids.
