One thing I like to tell folk often though is we had a teenage girl working in our shop one time. She used to be obese and overweight but you couldn't tell because of how slim she was. When she was overweight she was depressed and suicidal. She said when watching KS she said she didn't want to be anything like the women on his show because she saw a lot of herself in them as well and she changed her life around and is a pretty incredible young sista with her head on straight.
