I'm a therapist and I don't do therapy for myself. I go to a therapist because I can't recognize what is wrong. The therapist helps you to identify the issues and give you the tools to fix things, but it's up to you to do the work. Sadly, even as a therapist you can't tell women these days how to help themselves. They sabotage therapy

It's basically a term women came out with to compete with men. U have alpha males so they call themselves alpha females, not figuring its a turnoff to men calling yourself a term that was originally used to describe men. You're not a man. Quit trying to be one.
