People REALLY DON’T KNOW how SA can fuck up a kid’s psyche, especially at a very young age. I had to deal with that shit and how it affected me for years. This is why I have some empathy for R. Kelly and Kevin Spacey…however, by the time you’re an adult, you should be deeply into working through all of that and doing the shadow work that’s necessary. If you have not purged that shit as an adult, the empathy ceases to exist in my eyes.

💯. I’ve been listening to the podcast for the past week and it’s very telling. Especially that Rapp guy’s intentions. He basically hated Kevin for having the career he wanted because he was closeted and more successful than him. And Kevin’s interview a couple weeks ago explains a lot.
