Why is it not operational? No matter who built it it is Ghanaians who are paying for the loan and the ineterest. The question is why is our traditional leaders not forcing politicians to operate some of these things? This was what made the Aflao chief ask the minister of education to operationalize a school block in his area. Thats what our traditional leaders must be doing.

Why not a social cause to build schools. Do people go to Hospital for free? The government is responsible for fixing those issues because the citizens pay tax.
