Key is crying because he feels disappointed about his first 'Chess' performance. He said he missed some details and thinks he could have done much better. The video shows clips of Key practicing his lines and acting for the musical in the midst of his hectic comeback schedule as a member of SHINee. In one of the clips he looks frustrated saying "How should I act out this part?" which shows how much effort and thought Key put into his character and role in Chess. At 8:00 he says "When people start to criticize you when you are trying to achieve something, don't be hindered by their comments, and instead tell them [I will take care of it] and then prove that to them through your actions/result otherwise you will really be harshly ignored." Then near the end he says "Because I debuted at a young age, I don't want people to think that I can't do anything on my own. That is why I'm trying my best to always do everything myself."
Poor thing! No one should criticize him or make him feel wrong! He's too good for that! And he always does his very best out there even if he doesn't know what to do on stage during the show. He's just really awesome!
I loved Key before... I still love Key now... and after watching this.... I am more assured I will love Key till forever.... respect to this guy... for his dedication and everything.. and the other SHINee members too...
that's life as a perfectionist, and combined with the life of an artist we all know a performance can never be perfect. However, to me, much of what SHINee and it's members does is so flawless I doubt how one could get any closer to perfect. Key, you're as polished as a diamond need to be, and you have character that inspires! I look forward to all of your coming performances and apearences, I look up to your guts and determination, and I aspire to be as strong. thank you for doing this show :)

I feel so proud watching this...knowing that he works so damn hard for every single thing he wants...and whenever anyone doubts he can make it...he proves them wrong
I think; IMO, i get what the sense of his crying. It's more like - he did mistakes (due to perhaps a different setting of Chess Musical which is more intense for both acting and singing) on his first day. I believe Key is such a perfectionist person; that due to his past experiences, he has learned to rely solely on himself - given the fact that he had gotten more criticisms compare with the rest of the shinee members, so that he really tried hard to do better. And at the same time, he is grateful for what he has become now that despite the errors, he got a huge support and respect from the rests of the Chess MUsical artists and staffs as well as the Musical Industry (fact that he has always been selected to perform) - realizing Key as someone not just an idol without substance but rather a serious and sincere artist. Key's photographic ability has really played a great part in his success in musical activities. Damn, broadway/musicals - are pretty hard - memorization skill should be top notch. Plus his acting skills and stable voice for singing. As I have stated before - In Shinee, Key has the most stable voice when singing live.
how can key look so beautiful while crying I will never know. but key, if you just happen to be reading this, know that us shawols dont care about you guys being perfect, we love you because you are you. goddamn I just love key. there are no more words to say but that.
Best episode yet. Sometimes I think people forget that idols are actual human beings but this was an excellent way to show people how much hard work Key puts in every single day and still manages to stay brilliant. Bravo!
To me Kibum is a wonderful human being and I got so sad after seeing him crying because of his lacks. To me, he doesn't lack anything. At the same time I'm so proud of him having this sense of improving and giving his best. You do your best every single time and we love you because of that so don't be sad, honey. I love seeing this raw side of Key. He feels even more real and in a way I can relate and learn a lot from him, even though we are the same age. Key is someone I admired very much. Seeing how he deals with the thought times motivates me to be stronger and that it is ok to have those weak moments as well, as long as I get up and try even harder the next time

I was watching super m one the stage for tiger inside (where taemin advise something to taeyong) and for some reason I watch Keys knowhow, SHINee members really play a bigrole to give taemin a strong mindset! Keys advise at the end was so encouraging and eye tearing ♡♡♡♡♡ 5HINee is the best!

I can understand his feelings. He's a musician and a perfectionist (same). Especially in Korea, people work so hard and I think mistakes are not really tolerated. So I can understand the frustation. But of course we are all human and we can't be roboters. Everyone sometimes makes mistakes
