CENCERA's proprietary factory produces advanced zero-expansion ceramics which has near zero thermal expansion from room temperature to 1000°C, unique in China. The furnace body and door are made of advanced ceramic materials, eliminating the need for water cooling without deformation. Compared to water-cooled furnaces, CENCERA furnaces have a 40% higher thermal efficiency and superior safety and reliability. Each layer of CENCERA furnace saves USD20,000~300,000 annually in electricity costs.
The ceramic lining does not crystalize for long-term use consequently the chamber does not need maintenance or replacing as the ceramic fiber which needs to be done each year. The furnace chamber's ceramic structure prevents dust contamination inside, ensuring long-term use of up to 20 years without the need to replace the furnace lining, unlike competitors.
The thermal capacity of the same volume of ceramic is more than five times that of ceramic fiber, so each time the furnace door is opened or closed, the temperature fluctuation inside the CENCERA furnace is only 10~30°C, while fiber-lining furnaces can reach over 200°C. The smaller the temperature fluctuation inside the furnace, the better the product quality consistency. CENCERA furnaces use PID full digital control with edge computing for iterative optimization. CENCERA furnaces have multiple thermal zones and high thermal redundancy, greatly improving production efficiency by twice that of competitors. The surface load of the heating elements in CENCERA furnaces is 4w/cm2, more than twice that of competitors, allowing for rapid heating of workpieces.
